    Hi, I'm thinking of experimenting with alternative View Engines for ASP.NET MVC, and would like to know what other people are using. Please let me know 1) Which View Engine you use, and 2) Why.   • Regex to use each letter only once?

    Is it possible to construct a PCRE-style regular expression that will only match each letter in a list only once? For example, if you have the letters "lrsa" and you try matching a word list against: ^[lrsa]*m[lrsa]*$ you're going to match "lams" (valid), but also "lamas" (invalid for our purposes because you only had one "a"). If your letter set was "lrsaa", you would want to match "lamas". Is this possible with regular expressions, or should I handle it programmatically?

    Hi, i would like to now how can i get the suggestion when i do a \cite in emacs-auctex. The minibuffer tells me when i do C-c [ that "No valid bibliography in this document, and no default available". So how can i set this default?, i have a separated file with my bibtex references that is call by a master document, and i want the suggestion for any of the other files included.

    I find it curious that the most obvious way to create Date objects in Java has been deprecated and appears to have been "substituted" with not so obvious to use lenient calendar. So... How do you check that a date given as a combination of day, month and year is a valid date? For instance a date 2008-02-31 (as in yyyy-mm-dd) would be invalid date.

Korben;http://feeds.feedburner.com/KorbensBlog-UpgradeYourMind?format=xml;1 One problem is escaping the question mark. Java's pattern matcher doesn't seem to accept \? as a valid escape sequence but it also fails to work with the tester at myregexp.com. Here's what I have so far: ([a-zA-Z0-9])+;http://([a-zA-Z0-9./-]+);[0-9]+ Any suggestions?

  • Running resize2fs on /

    I'm trying to resize an ext4 filesystem on a Fedora 11 box. Using fsdisk and lvm, I was able to grow the partition and logical volume containing the filesystem. When I try to run resize2fs on the device containing the filesystem (/dev/sda2 in this case), I get: "Device or resource busy while trying to open /dev/sda2, Couldn't find valid filesystem superblock" I've tried this from a rescue disk that doesn't have the filesystem mounted, no joy. Maybe resize2fs doesn't know about ext4?

    I've been programming in Java for a while, and I've just come across this syntax for the first time: public Object getSomething(){return something;}; What's interesting me is the final semicolon. It doesn't seem to be causing a compiler error, and as far as I know isn't generating runtime errors, so it seems to be valid syntax. When would I use this syntax? Or is it just something that is allowed but generally not used?

  • App dies on startup but not crash report

    I've given an ad hoc version of my app to some users. Two of them have the app die on start up while one user has no issues. I can also install the ad hoc without issue...but that is always the case for me. One user sent the info below from the Xcode Organizer Console. They didn't find any crash logs. I don't know what to make of the info below. The one thing that stands out is "Permission denied". I place the provisioning and myapp.app files in a dropbox folder. The user then retrieves the files from the same location. I've run codesign against the .app file in the dropbox and get valid output: codesign -vvvv myapp.app myapp.app: valid on disk myapp.app: satisfies its Designated Requirement Any one have some ideas how I can figure out why the app doesn't work for this user? Exists any configuration for this??
