• Display (tier) prices with qty increments and taxes

  I need to display (tier) prices based on the qty increments of a product. E.g. a simple product, with a regular price of 50¢, no taxes and qty increments of 20 should be displayed on product views with "$10 per 20". Without using taxes this should be quite easy. But there seems to be no "default" helper or model to do this with taxes enabled and different calulation algorithms (e.g. Mage_Tax_Model_Calculation::CALC_UNIT_BASE); expect for quotes in Mage_Tax_Model_Sales_Total_Quote_Tax and Mage_Tax_Model_Sales_Total_Quote_Subtotal. Did I miss something here, or do I have to write the business logic on my own? And how I would best encapsulate it?

  I've got a trouble with creating mysql Query. My PHP script executes this query on each run: INSERT INTO Executes SET UserIp='%s' (%s is user IP) Executes table is: ExecuteId UNSIGNED BIGINT AI PRIMARY Date TIMESTAMP DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP INDEX UserIp CHAR(24) ... | Some Columns I want to retrive number of Executes in each hour. The most obvious solution would be: SELECT COUNT(*) as ExecutesNum, DATE(Date) as D, HOUR(Date) as H GROUP BY D, H And it works, BUT it does not create rows for hours where there were no executes. • jquery ui - making dialogs more "dynamic" ?

  Hello, I have a page that uses multiple dialogs for different things. Some dialogs may have buttons that others do not while other may need to be a different height than another... All of them have a set of params that will not change. My question, can I have a default like: $('.someElement').dialog({ width: 999, show: 'slide', hide: 'slide', ETC: 'some other option' }); and use it for all of my dialogs, then pass buttons or height to it dynamically when I open a dialog? It just seems wrong to have something like the above for every dialog I need... Thanks!

• Cannot convert []string to []interface {}

  I'm writing some code, and I need it to catch the arguments and pass them through fmt.Println (I want its default behaviour, to write arguments separated by spaces and followed by a newline). However it takes []interface {} but flag.Args() returns a []string. Here's the code example package main import ( "fmt" "flag" ) func main() { flag.Parse() fmt.Println(flag.Args()...) } This returns the following error: ./example.go:10: cannot use args (type []string) as type []interface {} in function argument Is this a bug? Shouldn't fmt.Println take any array? By the way, I've also tried to do this: var args = []interface{}(flag.Args()) but I get the following error: cannot convert flag.Args() (type []string) to type []interface {} Is there a "Go" way to workaround this?

• iOS: Releasing Object Thats In Use (ARC)

  I have an object that I have created that subscribes to some NSNotificationCenter notifications, but it is being released, since I don't have a pointer to the instantiation. The instantiation has a delegate that will call a method back to another class I have, so I felt it unnecessary to also have a pointer to it, since the pointer doesn't serve any purpose. Basically, I have an instantiation of a class, DelegateListener (name is just for example purposes), which subscribes to some of the default NSNotificationCeneter's notifications. This instantiation isn't assigned to any pointer after the instantiation ends. The instantiation, however, has a property, delegate. I assign a value to that delegate during the instantiation. That delegate implements methods that I want the DelegateListener to call when the notifications that it subscribed to fire. The problem with this is that the instantiation of DelegateListener that I create gets released, unless if I assign it to a retained pointer. Is there a way to avoid this automatic release of my DelegateListener instantiation within ARC?

  I have looked into the binaries produced by MSVC 2010 from my source code, and saw everything being filled with "junk". I don't know how to explain, but my executables are being added too much unnecessary information, like: Lots of Microsoft default error messages, I don't want them XML schema settings (Why!?) Other things not important for the execution of the main program How can I stop MSVC doing this? Do I have to switch to GCC? In all other programs (written in C++ too, from Word processors to games), this junk simply doesn't exist.

  I'm working on a three model relationship with one aspect that I'm not sure how to approach. Here's the basic relationship: class Taxonomy has_many :terms # attribute: `inclusive`, default => false end class Term belongs_to :taxonomy has_and_belongs_to_many :photos end class Photo has_and_belongs_to_many :terms end This is pretty straightforward stuff except for one thing: A Taxonomy can be either 'Inclusive' or 'Exclusive'. Exclusive means the terms are mutually exclusive, Inclusive means they're not. So, if a Taxonomy is exclusive ie. taxonomy.inclusive = false, then there can only be one term from that taxonomy attached to a given photo. Now, I can handle this on the client-side without a problem, but I am not quite sure how to set up a validation on Photos (or somewhere else) that says basically: "validate that no more than one term from an exclusive taxonomy is associated with this record." Any ideas on how to do that?

• .NET prerequisites, 3.5sp1 but no 3.5? problem with 4.0?

  The title is confusing but the problem is not so much. I made a prerequisite with the default 3.5sp1 and windows installer 3.1. I ran it in my VM and to my surprise it asked me to install .NET. I checked the version and i have .NET 2 sp1, 3 sp1, 3.5, and two variants of 4.0 (client and extended beta). I looked in prerequisites and there doesnt seem to be an options for a non 3.5sp1. Is there some way i can select the non sp1? or compile so i dont need sp1? (it crashes upon startup but i am willing to bet i forgot a resource file)

• Bootstrap site mobile view not using full viewport

  I'm currently making a responsive blog using the bootstrap 3.0 framework. I'm using the 1197 Max-width container for my content and it renders fine on desktops. However, when I try opening the site on my phone (I'm using an Android Galaxy Note 2), there is a lot of extra padding on the right and left sides of the viewport. I've tried following the API docs and guides as close as possible, but still can't get this to work. Here is the site I am working on http://www.justinbar.net Does anyone know what is going on with this? Am I doing something wrong, or do I need to override default behavior (which sounds a bit hacky to me).

  I am currently stuck with a homework assignment, question below; Define a default constructor for Deck that initialises the deck field with an array of size 0. Also define a constructor that takes an integer parameter and initialises the deck field with an array of that size. The constructor should also initialise every element with a new random MovieCard. • Normalization two types of customers into one table

  I am trying to model a sales situation where you can sell to a person or to a business with a contact person. I cannot figure out the proper way to do this. It seems like 2 tables would be incorrect. But how do I model a Customer table that can be a business or a person? Would I just have a boolean for "business" and an additional "business_name" field that would default to Null. But then I have to do an if/then on the columns and that seems like poor design. Any advice, direction, or links is appreciated.

  I've searched and search not only google but also here and still have to find a solution that will work. I have a div that is hidden by default, then toggled by clicking on a link. I also want it to hide when you click outside of the div. Simple, I thought, but nothing I've tried had worked yet.   I'm trying to setup a tomcat6 server, and I'm trying to match another setup someone else established. However, my deployment (default Ubuntu install) uses a policy.d/ directory structure, and the established server just uses a catalina.policy file. I've tried setting every entry in policy.d to match the given catalina.policy, but I still get the following stacktrace on boot (from localhost log). I have two questions, then. First, how do I get tomcat to use a single poilcy file, rather than the directory structure presented by policy.d/? • JSF Portlets in Liferay on JBoss

  I'm currently looking at working with and deploying JSF portlets into Liferay 6.0.5, sitting on JBoss 5.1.0. I ran into a lot of trouble trying to port some JSF-y/Seam-y/EJB-y stuff I had lying around, so I thought I'd start simple and work my way up. I could generate generic portlets using the NetBeans Maven archetype for Liferay portlets absolutely fine, but it's rather irrelevant because I wanted JSF portlets I took an example JSF portlet from http://www.liferay.com/downloads/liferay-portal/community-plugins/-/software_catalog/products/5546866 and attempted to deploy into a clean, vanilla installation of Liferay 6.0.5/JBoss 5.1.0 to no avail. The log messages are reproduced at the end of this. This particular example was actually tested for GlassFish and Tomcat, so it's not particularly helpful considering I'm deplying into JBoss.   Hello, I am following these steps in order to build Awesome window manager on 10.04 I am building 3.4 while the tutorial is for 3.1 I installed all of the specified dependencies including cairo. • Why load increase ,ssd iops increase but cpu iowait decrease?

  There is a strange thing on my server which has a mysql running on it. The QPS is more than 4000 but TPS is less than 20. The server load is more than 80 and cpu usr is more than 86% but iowait is less than 8%. The disk iops is more than 16000 and util of disk is more than 99%. When the QPS decreases, the load decreases, the cpu iowait increases.
