    What is the best KVM for a programmer? I need to switch between a locked-down corporate box and my development machine rather than between servers.     We are running two physical servers both Windows 2003, not virtualized. What is the best free (if any) windows software to take a full image backup of the entire drives? If possible, while the image is taking place, it should not bring the hosts to their knees with excess CPU or I/O usage. The servers have RAID mirroring, but after hearing a few horror stories about hacked systems, we need to have weekly full image backups, so we can simply revert to a pre-hacked image. Thanks.

    I just heard about policyd-weight so I did an apt-cache search policyd which returns three options: policyd-weight postfix-policyd postfwd Which one is the best, and do you have any tips on setting them up? Our current setup is whitelister plus postgrey to greylist RBLd hosts, then fail2ban them for 10 minutes if they have 10 failures, followed by content filtering (Kaspersky Anti-Spam). The content filtering is pretty good, but there's still a lot of spam that gets through the RBL greylisting.

    Hello, What would be the best way to deal with large streaming media content in Intranet. We have a 50 MB file that is to be loaded to our Intranet site. Currently we have just pointed it to a file location instead of using a Data Streaming Server.     I sometimes get .mp4 and other video formats whose aspect ratio is clearly off What apps do you use to reconvert such videos to an aspect ratio better suited to to fit either a regular desktop or LCD screen size? Hopefully with little or no loss of audio/video quality Any instructions on best settings to use would be very welcome. I have so far mostly used vlc which came off with less-than-ideal results.
