  I'm trying to set up a Trac environment running on Apache+mod-wsgi+Mercurial....I've set up everything according to the install docs....however, when I open up the URL to my Trac environment I get: Warning: Can't synchronize with the repository (Unsupported version control system "hg": Can't find an appropriate component, maybe the corresponding plugin was not enabled? ).   HI all, I recently purchases a bunch of r710 from dell, i installed esx on it. the installation process finished without a problem. however once the esx boot the following error displays at the botton with red letters 00:00:02:21.493 cpu11:4119) mod:2971: Initialization for vmfs2 failed with -1 i installed on two different servers and the same error pops up. the curius thing is that if i install esxi 3.5 or 4 there is not problem help Thanks Oscar

  What options are available to load balance web service traffic on Linux with the ability to add or remove servers from the server pool without restarting the load balancer?   I've been asked to update some computers running Windows XP (without any service packs) to Windows XP SP3. The computers don't have an internet connection (only a small intranet) and have never been updated since first install. Do I need to install SP1a first, then SP2, then SP3, or can I install SP3 immediately? And where do I find the right files, that don't require an internet connection during installation?   An svn server that I managed crashed. The server is up and running again, but I can't manage to get svn running anymore.   Since it's the holiday season now and everybody's making wishes, I wonder - which language features you would wish PHP would have added? I am interested in some practical suggestions/wishes for the language. By practical I mean: Something that can be practically done (not: "I wish PHP would guess what my code means and fix bugs for me" or "I wish any code would execute under 5ms") Something that doesn't require changing PHP into another language (not: "I wish they'd drop $ signs and use space instead of braces" or "I wish PHP were compiled, statically typed and had # in it's name") Something that would not require breaking all the existing code (not: "Let's rename 500 functions and change parameter order for them") Something that does change the language or some interesting aspect of it (not: "I wish there was extension to support for XYZ protocol" or "I wish bug #12345 were finally fixed") Something that is more than a rant (not: "I wish PHP wouldn't suck so badly") Anybody has any good wishes? • Change the User Interface Language in Vista or Windows 7

  Would you like to change the user interface language in any edition of Windows 7 or Vista on your computer?  Here’s a free app that can help you do this quickly and easily. If your native language is not the one most spoken in your area, you’ve likely purchased a PC with Windows preinstalled with a language that is difficult or impossible for you to use.  Windows 7 and Vista Ultimate include the ability to install multiple user interface languages and switch between them. However, all other editions are stuck with the language they shipped with.  With the free Vistalizator app, you can add several different interface languages to any edition of Vista or Windows 7 and easily switch between them. Note:  In this test, we used an US English copy of both Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows Vista Home Premium, and it works the same on any edition. The built-in language switching in the Ultimate Editions lets you set a user interface language for each user account, but this will only switch it for all users.  Add a User Interface Language to Windows To add an interface language to any edition of Windows 7 and Vista, first download Vistalizator (link below).  Then, from the same page, download the language pack of your choice.  The language packs are specific for each service pack of Windows, so make sure to choose the correct version and service pack you have installed. Once the downloads are finished, launch the Vistalizator program. You do not need to install it; simply run it and you’re ready to go.  Click the Add languages button to add a language to Windows. Select the user interface language pack you downloaded, and click Open. Depending on the language you selected, it may not automatically update with Windows Update when a service pack is released.  If so, you will have to remove the language pack and reinstall the new one for that service pack at that time.  Click Ok to continue. Make sure you’ve selected the correct language, and click Install language. Vistalizator will extract and install the language pack.  This took around 5 to 10 minutes in our test. Once the language pack is installed, click Yes to make it the default display language. Now, you have two languages installed in Windows.  You may be prompted to check for updates to the language pack; if so, click Update languages and Vistalizator will automatically check for and install any updates. When finished, exit Vistalizator to finish switching the language.  Click Yes to automatically reboot and apply the changes. When you computer reboots, it will show your new language, which in our test is Thai.  Here’s our Windows 7 Home Premium machine with the Thai language pack installed and running. You can even add a right to left language, such as Arabic, to Windows.  Simply repeat the steps to add another language pack.    Vistalizator was originally designed for Windows Vista, and works great with Windows 7 too.  The language packs for Vista are larger downloads than their Windows 7 counterparts.  Here’s our Vista Home Premium in English… And here’s how it looks after installing the Simplified Chinese language pack with Vistalizator. Revert to Your Original Language If you wish to return to the language that your computer shipped with, or want to switch to another language you’ve installed, run Vistalizator again.  Select the language you wish to use, and click Change language.   When you close Vistalizator, you will again be asked to reboot.  Once you’ve rebooted, you’ll see your new (or original) language ready to use.  Here’s our Windows 7 Home Premium desktop, back in it’s original English interface. • Slot Machine Pay Out

  I have done a lot of research into random number generators for slot machines, reel stop calculations and how to physically give the user a good chance on winning. What I can't figure out is how to properly insure that the machine is going to have a payout rating of (lets say) 95%. So, I have a reel set up wit 22 spaces on it. Filled with 16 different symbols. When I get my random number, mod divide it by 64 and get the remainder, I hop over to a loop up table to see how the virtual stop relates to the reel position. Now that I have how the reels are going to stop, do I make sure the payout ratio is correct? For every dollar they put in, how to I make sure the machine will pay out .95 cents? Thanks for the ideas. I am working in actionscript, if that helps with the language issues, but in general I am just looking for theory.

• AIA Artefakte im Oracle Enterprise Repository

  Das Oracle Enterprise Repository (OER) ist die zentrale Stelle zur Verwaltung von SOA Artefakten aller Art, mit dem Ziel, den gesamten Lebenszyklus dieser Artefakte zu begleiten. Es ist wesentliche Grundlage für deren Wiederverwendung, für die Ermittlung von Abhängigkeiten, wie auch für die Bestimmung des Wertes dieser Artefakte, was wiederum für den Nutzen der SOA Implementierung von Bedeutung ist. In AIA 11g wird die aktuelle Version des OER unterstützt und wird zusätzlich ergänzt durch die Project Lifecycle Workbench, in der die funktionale Spezifikation, die Aufteilung der Prozesse, oder beispielsweise die Generierung des Deployment Plans erfolgt.Für die Bereitstellung der Artefakte des Foundation Pack 11g gibt es inzwischen ein zugehöriges AIA Solution Pack für OER, mit dem die entsprechenden Strukturen, sowie die Bestandteile des Foundation Packs 11g, also EBOs, EBMs, EBSs, usw. unabhängig von einer AIA Installation direkt importiert werden können.
