    I am trying to work with two worksheets at the same time. So I have code require 'parseexcel' #Open the excel file passed in from the commandline workbook = Spreadsheet::ParseExcel.parse(ARGV[0]) workbook2 = Spreadsheet::ParseExcel.parse(ARGV[1]) #Get the first worksheet worksheet = workbook.worksheet(0) worksheet2 = workbook2.worksheet(0) However, when I run this code I get an error: array is not implemented This error goes away when I comment out line: workbook2 = Spreadsheet::ParseExcel.parse(ARGV[1]) Why is this happeneing?     My test code in C#: namespace DSnA { public abstract class Test : IComparable { } } Results in the following compiler error: error CS0535: 'DSnA.Test' does not implement interface member 'System.IComparable.CompareTo(object)' Since the class Test is an abstract class, why does the compiler require it to implement the interface? Shouldn't this requirement only be compulsory for concrete classes?

    Hi, I'm using the following code to draw an SVG text box, and then change its text anchor attribute to 'left' as it defaults to center and that's nasty. The text generates correctly, but when I add this second line I get the error 'this.textBox.style is undefined' in my error console. You can only use the DEFAULT keyword in the actual SP execution statement. I should note that removing the extra single quotes from the above statement makes the SP run fine. ... Oh my. I just figured it out. I guess it's worth posting anyway.

Now in my test class I intanciated User added the values like : User user = new User; user.setAddress("some address"); and so I did for all 15 fields, than at the end of assigning data to User object I called in DAO to save that to database UsersDao.save(user); and save works just perfectly. My question is how do I update/delete users using the same logic? Fox example I tried this(to delete user from table users): User user = new User; user.setUserID("1s54f"); // which is unique key for users no two keys are the same UsersDao.delete(user); I wanted to delete user with this key but its obviously different can someone explain please how to do these. thank you

  • Insane CPU usage in QT 5.0

    I'm having trouble using the QT framework, particularly with the paintEvent of QWidget. I have a QWidget set up, and am overriding the paintEvent of it. I need to render a bunch of rectangles (grid system), 51 by 19, leading to 969 rectangles being drawn. This is done in a for loop. Then I also need to draw an image on each on of these grids. The QWidget is added to a QMainWindow, which is shown. This works nicely, but it's using up 47% of CPU per window open! And I want to allow the user to open multiple windows like this, likey having 3-4 open at a time, which puts the CPU close to 150%. Why does this happen? Here is the paintEvent contents.   • How to group a database write and spreadsheet write in single "transaction"

    I have a Java program that writes results to both a DB (SQL Server) and a spreadsheet (POI), and it would be best if neither is written to if there's an error with either. It would be a lot worse if the spreadsheet was produced and then an error happened while saving to the DB, so I'm doing the DB-write first. Even so, I'm wondering if someone knows of a way to guarantee they both succeed or fail as a unit. Thanks!

    Hello, Could anyone point exactly where MSDN says thet every user stored procedure returns 0 by default if no error happens? In other words, could I be sure that example code given below when being a stored procedure IF someStatement BEGIN RETURN 1 END should always return zero if someStatement is false and no error occurs?
