  • Exception with Subsonic 2.2, SQLite and Migrations

    - by Holger Amann
    Hi, I'm playing with Migrations and created a simple migration like public class Migration001 : Migration { public override void Up() { TableSchema.Table testTable = CreateTableWithKey("TestTable"); } public override void Down() { } } after executing sonic.exe migrate I'm getting the following output: Setting ConfigPath: 'App.config' Building configuration from c:\tmp\MigrationTest\MigrationTest\App.config Adding connection to SQLiteProvider Found 1 migration files Current DB Version is 0 Migrating to 001_Init (1) There was an error running migration (001_Init): SQLite error near "IDENTITY": syntax error Stack Trace: at System.RuntimeMethodHandle._InvokeMethodFast(Object target, Object[] argum ents, SignatureStruct& sig, MethodAttributes methodAttributes, RuntimeTypeHandle typeOwner) at System.RuntimeMethodHandle.InvokeMethodFast(Object target, Object[] argume nts, Signature sig, MethodAttributes methodAttributes, RuntimeTypeHandle typeOwn er) at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.Invoke(Object obj, BindingFlags invoke Attr, Binder binder, Object[] parameters, CultureInfo culture, Boolean skipVisib ilityChecks) at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.Invoke(Object obj, BindingFlags invoke Attr, Binder binder, Object[] parameters, CultureInfo culture) at SubSonic.CodeRunner.RunAndExecute(ICodeLanguage lang, String sourceCode, S tring methodName, Object[] parameters) in D:\@SubSonic\SubSonic\SubSonic.Migrati ons\CodeRunner.cs:line 95 at SubSonic.Migrations.Migrator.ExecuteMigrationCode(String migrationFile) in D:\@SubSonic\SubSonic\SubSonic.Migrations\Migrator.cs:line 177 at SubSonic.Migrations.Migrator.Migrate() in D:\@SubSonic\SubSonic\SubSonic.M igrations\Migrator.cs:line 141 Any hints?

  • How do you run PartCover with spaces in the path?

    - by nportelli
    I have a msbuild file that I'm trying to run from Hudson CI. It outputs like this "C:\Program Files\Gubka Bob\PartCover .NET 2\PartCover.exe" --target "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\MSTest.exe" --target-args "/noisolation" "/testcontainer:C:\CI\Hudson\jobs\Video Raffle\workspace\Source\VideoRaffleCaller\Source\VideoRaffleCaller.Test.Unit\bin\Debug\VideoRaffleCaller.Test.Unit.dll" --include "[VideoRaffleCaller*]*" --output "Coverage\partcover.xml" I get this error Invalid switch "raffle\workspace\source\videorafflecaller\source\videorafflecall er.test.unit\bin\debug\videorafflecaller.test.unit.dll". For switch syntax, type "MSTest /help" WTF? Looks like PartCover doesn't handle spaces in the --target-args well. Or am I missing some quotes somewhere? Has anyone gotten something like to to work?

  • Is it fair for us to conclude XOR string encryption is less secure than well known encryption (Say Blowfish)

    - by Yan Cheng CHEOK
    I was wondering, is it fair to conclude, XOR string encryption is less secure than other encryption method, say Blowfish This is because for both methods, their input are Unencrypted string A secret key string XOR(string value,string key) { string retval(value); short unsigned int klen=key.length(); short unsigned int vlen=value.length(); short unsigned int k=0; short unsigned int v=0; for(v;v<vlen;v++) { retval[v]=value[v]^key[k]; k=(++k<klen?k:0); } return retval; } Is there any proof that XOR encryption method is more easy to be "broken" than Blowfish if the same key is being chosen?

  • Actual note duration from MIDI duration

    - by Anthony Labarre
    I'm currently implementing an application to perform some tasks on MIDI files, and my current problem is to output the notes I've read to a LilyPond file. I've merged note_on and note_off events to single notes object with absolute start and absolute duration, but I don't really see how to convert that duration to actual music notation. I've guessed that a duration of 376 is a quarter note in the file I'm reading because I know the song, and obviously 188 is an eighth note, but this certainly does not generalise to all MIDI files. Any ideas?

  • How to void authorized transaction in authorize.net gateway using ActiveMerchant

    - by m7d
    Goal: Only have successful purchases show up on a customer's billing statement. I don't want declined authorizations showing up on their billing statement (as seen in an online banking system) as pending. A customer often will accidentally input an incorrect billing address, for example, followed by a correct one. Together, the two attempts, one successful and one not both show up on their billing statement as pending prior to settlement. This can scare the customer as it looks potentially like they will be charged twice. Details: When I do an AUTH_CAPTURE (via ActiveMerchant's purchase) or an AUTH (via ActiveMerchant's authorize) which is declined and subsequently want to void that authorization (via ActiveMerchant's void) so as not to have it appear on a customer's billing statement as pending (even though it will settle out after a few days), the gateway can't find the transaction to void using the authorization code returned from the authorization or capture method calls on the gateway. This is specific to the authorize.net AIM gateway. Please advise. Thanks!

  • How to write the Visitor Pattern for Abstract Syntax Tree in Python?

    - by bodacydo
    My collegue suggested me to write a visitor pattern to navigate the AST. Can anyone tell me more how would I start writing it? As far as I understand, each Node in AST would have visit() method (?) that would somehow get called (from where?). That about concludes my understanding. To simplify everything, suppose I have nodes Root, Expression, Number, Op and the tree looks like this: Root | Op(+) / \ / \ Number(5) \ Op(*) / \ / \ / \ Number(2) Number(444) Can anyone think of how the visitor pattern would visit this tree to produce output: 5 + 2 * 444 Thanks, Boda Cydo.

  • JasperReports: is it possible to use multiple data sources, or if not, to use collections in paramet

    - by Knut Arne Vedaa
    It seems that the reporting idiom is that a report consist of a single list of items, with some additional data (parameters). Are there ways to include several unrelated lists in a report, or would this go against the idiom to such an extent that a different tool should rather be used to generate the output? Suppose, for instance, you have a list of Persons that lives in a Building, with names, phone numbers and so on. This list would be the main datasource. Additionally, on the same report you want to show various other information about that Building, such as address, number of floors and so on. The number of items in this information might vary between Buildings, so that you cannot simply put it into static parameters, but would need a map or a list. This is of course a contrieved example, but should serve to illustrate the problem. In short: can you use several unrelated lists in a report?

    I'm working on security application which will copy all contacts to some other database and delete all contacts from phonebook. I'm testing this on android HTC HERO. I'm successful to delete contacts from phonebook and create new contact info database, Till 200 it is working, but after 200 contacts its not working properly. After tht application starts throwing error. There is one Sync with Google Option in MenuSettingData Sync, I think that is creating problem. There is notification that "Too many contacts deleted" n if i click tht there will b a dialog with title "Delete Limit exceeded". Is there anything i can do to stop syncronization or any other ideas by which i can achieve required output? Please Help me on this

  • Call stored procedure using Spring SimpleJdbcCall with callback

    - by MFIhsan
    I have an Oracle Stored procedure that takes CLOB input and REFCURSOR output. I invoke the SP via Spring SimpleJdbcCall passing in a RowMapper to map the results. However, since the result set is large, I need to provide callback feature to the client. I can't quite figure out how to add callback for an SP call using Spring - both with and without SimpleJdbcCall. One thought I have is to pass-in a RowCallbackHandler. Will this work or is there a better way to solve this problem? Any help here is appreciated. private Map<String, Object> arguments = ...; SimpleJdbcCall jdbcCall = new SimpleJdbcCall(this.jdbcTemplate) .withCatalogName(this.packageName) .withProcedureName(this.storedProcName) .withoutProcedureColumnMetaDataAccess() .declareParameters(this.outputParameters.toArray(new SqlOutParameter[]{})); if(!isEmpty(inputParameters)) { jdbcCall.declareParameters(inputParameters.toArray(new SqlParameter[]{})); } this.outputParameters.add(new SqlOutParameter(outputParamName, VARCHAR, rowMapper)); jdbcCall.execute(arguments);

  • regex to filter all but whitelisted characters from a multi-language string

    - by jeroen
    I am trying to cleanup a string coming from a search box on a multi-language site. Normally I would use a regex like: $allowed = "-+?!,.;:\w\s"; $txt_search = preg_replace("/[^" . $allowed . "]?(.*?)[^" . $allowed . "]?/iu", "$1", $_GET['txt_search']); and that works fine for English texts. However, now I need to do the same when the texts entered can be in any language (Russian now, Chinese in the future). How can I clean up the string while preserving "normal texts" in the original language? I though about switching to a blacklist (although I´d rather not...) but at this moment the regex just completely destroys all original input.

  • C++ streams operator << and manipulators / formatters

    - by Ayman
    First, most of my recent work was Java. So even though I "know" C++, I do not want to write Java in C++. And C++ templates are one thing I will really miss when going back to Java. Now that this out of the way, if I want to do create a new stream formatter, say pic, that will have a single std::string parameter in it's constructor. I would like the user to be able to write something like: cout << pic("Date is 20../../..") << "100317" << endl; The output should be Date is 2010/03/17 How do I write the pic class? when the compiler sees the cout what are the underlying steps the compiler does?

  • perl regex groups

    - by Aaron Moodie
    I've currenly trying to pull out dates from a file and feed them directly into an array. My regex is working, but I have 6 groups in it, all of which are being added to the array, when I only want the first one. @dates = (@dates, ($line =~ /((0[1-9]|[12][0-9]|3[01])(\/|\-)(0[1-9]|1[0-2])(\/|\-)([0-9][0-9][0-9][0-9]|[0-9][0-9]))/g )); is there a simple way to grab the $1 group of a perl regex? my output is looking like this: 13/04/2009, 13, /, 04, /, 2009, 14-12-09, 14, -, 12, -, 09

    Hello, I am using the following code to try and display in a time in a table cell. TimeSlot *timeSlot = [timeSlots objectAtIndex:indexPath.row]; NSDateFormatter *timeFormat = [[NSDateFormatter alloc] init]; [timeFormat setDateFormat:@"%1m/%1d/%Y"]; NSLog(@"Time: %@", timeSlot.time); NSDate *mydate = timeSlot.time; NSLog(@"Time: %@", mydate); NSString *theTime = [timeFormat stringFromDate:mydate]; NSLog(@"Time: %@", theTime); The log output is this: 2010-04-14 10:23:54.626 MyApp[1080:207] Time: 2010-04-14T10:23:54 2010-04-14 10:23:54.627 MyApp[1080:207] Time: 2010-04-14T10:23:54 2010-04-14 10:23:54.627 MyApp[1080:207] Time: (null) I am new to developing for the iPhone and as it all compiles with no errors or warnings I am at a loss as to why I am getting NULL in the log. Is there anything wrong with this code? Thanks

  • How can I make a jQuery UI 'draggable()' div draggable for touchscreen?

    - by artlung
    I have a jQuery UI draggable() that works in Firefox and Chrome. The user interface concept is basically click to create a "post-it" type item. Basically, I click or tap on div#everything (100% high and wide) that listens for clicks, and an input textarea displays. You add text, and then when you're done it saves it. You can drag this element around. That is working on normal browsers, but on an iPad I can test with I can't drag the items around. If I touch to select (it then dims slightly), I can't then drag it. It won't drag left or right at all. I can drag up or down, but I'm not dragging the individual div, I'm dragging the whole webpage. So here's the code I use to capture clicks: $('#everything').bind('click', function(e){ var elem = document.createElement('DIV'); STATE.top = e.pageY; STATE.left = e.pageX; var e = $(elem).css({ top: STATE.top, left: STATE.left }).html('<textarea></textarea>') .addClass('instance') .bind('click', function(event){ return false; }); $(this).append(e); }); And here's the code I use to "save" the note and turn the input div into just a display div: $('textarea').live('mouseleave', function(){ var val = jQuery.trim($(this).val()); STATE.content = val; if (val == '') { $(this).parent().remove(); } else { var div = $(this).parent(); div.text(val).css({ height: '30px' }); STATE.height = 30; if ( div.width() !== div[0].clientWidth || div.height () !== div[0].clientHeight ) { while (div.width() !== div[0].clientWidth || div.height () !== div[0].clientHeight) { var h = div.height() + 10; STATE.height = h; div.css({ height: (h) + 'px' }); // element just got scrollbars } } STATE.guid = uniqueID() div.addClass('savedNote').attr('id', STATE.guid).draggable({ stop: function() { var offset = $(this).offset(); STATE.guid = $(this).attr('id'); STATE.top = offset.top; STATE.left = offset.left; STATE.content = $(this).text(); STATE.height = $(this).height(); STATE.save(); } }); STATE.save(); $(this).remove(); } }); And I have this code when I load the page for saved notes: $('.savedNote').draggable({ stop: function() { STATE.guid = $(this).attr('id'); var offset = $(this).offset(); STATE.top = offset.top; STATE.left = offset.left; STATE.content = $(this).text(); STATE.height = $(this).height(); STATE.save(); } }); My STATE object handles saving the notes. Onload, this is the whole html body: <body> <div id="everything"></div> <div class="instance savedNote" id="iddd1b0969-c634-8876-75a9-b274ff87186b" style="top:134px;left:715px;height:30px;">Whatever dude</div> <div class="instance savedNote" id="id8a129f06-7d0c-3cb3-9212-0f38a8445700" style="top:131px;left:347px;height:30px;">Appointment 11:45am</div> <div class="instance savedNote" id="ide92e3d13-afe8-79d7-bc03-818d4c7a471f" style="top:144px;left:65px;height:80px;">What do you think of a board where you can add writing as much as possible?</div> <div class="instance savedNote" id="idef7fe420-4c19-cfec-36b6-272f1e9b5df5" style="top:301px;left:534px;height:30px;">This was submitted</div> <div class="instance savedNote" id="id93b3b56f-5e23-1bd1-ddc1-9be41f1efb44" style="top:390px;left:217px;height:30px;">Hello world from iPad.</div> </body> So, my question is really: how can I make this work better on iPad? I'm not set on jQuery UI, I'm wondering if this is something I'm doing wrong with jQuery UI, or jQuery, or whether there may be better frameworks for doing cross-platform/backward compatible draggable() elements that will work for touchscreen UIs. More general comments about how to write UI components like this would be welcome as well. Thanks!

  • B64 String Being Stripped From HttpService JSON Object Flex 4.0

    - by user163757
    I am trying to decode some b64 images obtained from a web service in my Flex application. The response of this web service is a basic JSON object, with a property (B64Image) that contains the encoded string. The service works fine from my regular browser, however the b64 string gets stripped. So the object the result handler gets has a null value for B64Image. Anyone see something wrong here? I have this in the form's OnLoad _richTextBox.Text = "1\t2\t3\t4\t5"; _richTextBox.SelectAll(); _richTextBox.SelectionTabs = new int[] {100,200,300,400 }; I have a breakpoint before and after this snippet. The SelectionTabs is set to {int[0]} (empty int array) before and after the assignment. Can anyone tell me why my assignment is not going through?

  • mvc presentation model best-practices

    - by Andrew Florko
    Hello, everybody How do you usually convert business objects to presentation? For example: Business object Person { Id, FirstName, LastName, Patronymic ... } should be presented as "LastName F. P. " in html layout. We use Presentation classes hierarchy to represent data ready for output from Business model. Questions: Will you keep presentation model completely separated from Business Model. For example, can strong-typed views (MVC ASP.NET) aggregate formatted business data as well as raw business objects (that leads toward <%=Html.Encode(PersonHelper.ToShort(Model.Person))% html layout injections) What architecture layer do you choose for conversion (mvc controllers that formats business data from business layer, for instance). Thank you in advance
