    In my page if the text of a Label has been Changed I need to fire some function using JQuery as .Change() is restricted to only <input> and <select> I use a function like $("#ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_lblMsg").html("Duplicate record can't be saved.") .trigger('labelchanged') $("#ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_lblMsg").on('labelchanged', function () { alert('changed!'); } }); but the above function is not triggered when the text of the label has been changed kindly anyone point me what could be I am missing in the above function

    Hi, actually i have 2 images ,when we click on one image it generates pop window containing n no of list. if i click on any link 2 parameters are passed to function one for url and other image path and now i have another image ,what i want to do is if i click on that image it will generate a list which has a content of first image after clicking any link of first image means if i click image1 image2 1 2 3 now if i click 1 then result must be like this image1 image2 1 1 2 3 Please help thanks.

Hello we have a scenario like changes we have made in application should be reflected, previously we use to send whole package build , inspite of that is there any other way to simply create a patch file that should reflect changes in application. i've googled abt this however many of the forums saying that to use some third party tools.. Is it ok to go for third party tools.. coz our application is stable now.. in field now shouldnt take any risk... I have also tried using different versions of jQuery 1.1.1.3 is working fine.But i am facing the problem while using higher versions of jquery.
