    I'm new to AngularJS. In my efforts to learn, I've relied on the AngularJS tutorials. Now, I'm trying to build an app using the AngularSeed project template. I'm trying to make my project as modular as possible. For that reason, my controllers are broken out into several files. Currently, I have the following: /app index.html login.html home.html javascript app.js loginCtrl.js homeCtrl.js my app.js file has the following: 'use strict'; var app = angular.module('site', ['ngRoute']); app.config(function($routeProvider, $locationProvider) { $locationProvider.html5Mode(true); $routeProvider.when('/login', {templateUrl: 'app/login.html', controller:'loginCtrl'}); $routeProvider.when('/home', {templateUrl: 'app/home.html', controller:'homeCtrl'}); $routeProvider.otherwise({redirectTo: '/login'}); }); my loginCtrl.js file is very basic at the moment. It only has: 'use strict'; app.controller('loginCtrl', function loginCtrl($scope) { } ); My homeCtrl.js is almost the same, except for the name. It looks like the following: 'use strict'; app.controller('homeCtrl', function homeCtrl($scope) { } ); My index.html file is the angularSeed index-async.html file. However, when I load the dependencies, I have the following: // load all of the dependencies asynchronously. $script([ 'http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.2.0-rc.3/angular.min.js', 'http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.2.0-rc.3/angular-route.min.js', 'javascript/app.js', 'javascript/loginCtrl.js', 'javascript/homeCtrl.js' ], function() { // when all is done, execute bootstrap angular application angular.bootstrap(document, ['site']); }); My problem is, sometimes my app works and sometimes it doesn't. It's almost like something gets loaded before something else. Occasionally, I receive this error. Other times, I get an error in the console window that says: 'Uncaught ReferenceError: app is not defined' in loginCtrl.js. Sometimes it happens with homeCtrl.js. What am I doing wrong? It feels like I need to have my controllers in a module and pass that module in my app.config in the app.js file. However, a) I'm not sure if that allowed and b) I'm not sure how to do it.

    I am trying to compile a package on ubuntu 8.1 when executing this command: ./configure I get the follwoing error: checking for Boost headers version = 103700... no configure: error: cannot find Boost headers version = 103700 knowing that I installed needed boost packages using these command: $ apt-get install libboost-dev libboost-graph-dev libboost-iostreams-dev Can anybody help please?

It looks like Visual Studio didn't update Code Gen file to include my control. Is there a way to manually re-generate that Code Gen file?

If this.styleSheet is initialized to new StyleSheet() to avoid this issue, then the TextArea instance does not seem to recognize any of the HTML tags that can be used with the htmlText property. Can anyone help in fixing these two issues? Thanks.

    I am performing some insertion to an SQL table with has three columns and several rows of data The three columns are Id,Product,ProductOrder with the following data Id Product ProductOrder 1 Dell 1 2 HP 3 3 lenovo 2 4 Apple 10 Now, I would like a trigger which fires an action and increments all the ProductOrders by 1which are greater than or equal to the inserted ProductOrder. For example, I am inserting a record with Id=5 Product=Sony, ProductOrder=2 Then it should look for all the products with ProductOrder greater than or equal to 2 and increment them by 1. So, the resultant data in the SQL table should be as follows Id Product ProductOrder 1 Dell 1 2 HP 4 3 lenovo 3 4 Apple 11 5 Sony 2 From above we can see that ProductOrder which are equal or greater than the inserted are incremented by 1 like HP,Lenovo,Apple May I know a way to implement this?

  • Class-Dump Installation

    So this may sound like a really stupid question and I HAVE looked at the how-to from the parent website, but no matter what I do, I cannot get this program to even start to install... I tried entering: cd /opt/local/bin/portslocation/dports/class-dump which returned a "this file/director doesnt exist" error, so i tried to get to it folder by folder. when i got all the way to: cd /opt/local/bin/ i cannot go any further. when i check the contents of the bin directory, the only files i can find are (and i cannot access these apparently either): "daemondo port portf portindex portmirror" i have tried doing this on 2 computers so far to no avail, macports is installed on both like the website said and i am having trouble finding any support for it. please and thank you!!

    If I cherry-pick from multiple branches, is there a simple way to figure out where the commit was coming from (e.g. the sha of the original commit)? (Full-IIS mode) I use the following logging: case TraceLevel.Error: Trace.TraceError(message); break; case TraceLevel.Warning: Trace.TraceWarning(message); break; case TraceLevel.Info: Trace.TraceInformation(message); break; case TraceLevel.Verbose: Trace.WriteLine(message); break; it worked fine until I migrated to the new SDK. now, logging works only for Worker Roles. Web-Role can log only inside OnStart-method of WebRole.cs in other cases: logged nothing I understand that Full-IIS means different domains. so, I must call someway WaIIS.exe from w3wp.exe or ...?

I am not seeing any function in the JQuery API for this either. Can anyone provide some insight?

Has anyone faced a similar problem? I do not want to statically register the receiver in the Manifest file, as I don't want my app to be started by connectivity changes.

    Application scenario: I have the (normal/permanent) /var/log mounted on an encrypted partition (/dev/LVG/log). /dev/LVG/log is not accessible at boot time, it needs to be manually activated later by su from ssh. A RAM drive (using tmpfs) is mounted to /var/log at init time (in rc.local). Once /dev/LVG/log is activated, I need a good way of appending everything in the tmpfs to /dev/LVG/log, before mounting it as /var/log. Any recommendations on what would be a good way of doing so?     I've created a logon trigger in MS SQL that needs to check dm_exec_sessions for a login. This login is the user listed in the connection string and has owner right to the database. If the login is verified, I need it to update a specific table and send an email. So far I've done just the following piece and it disabled my web site. The error I get is: "Logon failed for login 'dev' due to trigger execution. Changed database context to 'mydatabase'. Changed language setting to us_english." Any idea what I did wrong? I tried using tortise svn some got reverted some I got conflicts and I resolved my self blindly so build is breaking.   • IE font size decrease does not cause select box height to decrease

    I have a font resize function on my page which increases the font size via javascript for the entire page. This works fine in most browsers except IE. When decreasing the font size after increasing it, the select boxes new height does not decrease, even though the font size is decreasing on it. Instead the smaller font appears to be padded with white space. Any ideas as to what IE is doing here, and a work around?

But as I saw the requests in firebug, it calls the action multiple times. I read similar posts like mine on stackoverflow.com and most of them suggested removing repetitive "jquery.unobtrusive-ajax.min.js" calss in page, but as I saw the output page I only see on link to the "jquery.unobtrusive-ajax.min.js" script.
