    Hello I want to design a WebService for communication between Win Mobile 6.5 based Palm device and a PHP web server. The Palm device software will be developed on .NET compact framework. The communication between web server and device I envision as XML over HTTP. I want a tool that will let me design the Webservice (interfaces, methods) and then generate the xsd schema together with xml messages for the communication. Can you recommend something? Regards

I capture a image from windows mobile camera and save it on picturebox control..now to zoom the picture i am increasing its size by Onpaint event.The image is getting zoomed but i am not able to save the zoomed image(ie.., the increased image size)...     Hi, I am using axWnidowsMediaPlayer in my windows mobile application with compact framework 3.5 . It was working beautifully few days ago but now whenever i try to play a song from url it shows the message "Can not play the file.The file is either corrupted or the player does not support the format you are playing" The same url is not played by the phone's wmplayer also but when I try to play it with the systems wmplayer it plays the same url successfully.

    I'm trying to create a mobile website for android. When I set the width of the body to 480px (the width of the screen) the result is about 50% larger than what I expect. It seems that android is scaling what it draws and messing up all my layouts. Does anyone know how to disable this, or work around it? I'm already using this: <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, height=device-height, user-scalable=no, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, minimum-scale=1.0" />

  • write file in network shared folder with UnauthorizedAccessException?

    hi the win mobile 6 code tries to write files on network shared folder, but always gets UnauthorizedAccessException. I have checked permission and security setting on the folder and the code can read the file but just cant write to it. The code runs under administrator account which has full control over the folder and files. It is in vs 2008 professional with device emulator.Any help please? thanks very much.
