  Hi all, We have a database file (foxpro) on a Windows share (2003 server), we're having some problems where the program that writes to this file has to retry as the file is locked, this all happens very quickly and within a few seconds the file is available but the problem is it shouldn't be locked.   I'm trying to copy some old files from one of my external hard-drives to the hard drive of my desktop PC. Some files can not be copied but giving the error like 'Cannot read from source file or disk'. Those files are videos files (.DAT, .VOB, .MPG) and I watched them all the way through with no issues so the files aren't corrupted. I'm running Windows 7, with admin permissions. Could any one let me know the reason and a solution?

  running a Citrix XenApp 6.5 Farm with a strange problem. Using Ricoh UPD 3.10 and every time a user log on into a Citrix Session and get the printers connected (via logon script) Windows shows the "Finishing installation..." dialog for every printer. The Drivers are installed on all Citrix Server and every time a user connects a printer the dialog appears. Are there any settings how to disable this behaviour?

  I've an Acer laptop with Windows 7 64 bit and an ATI Radeon HD 6550M Graphics card. Whenever I connect the power to charge the battery it automatically switches to the high-power GPU (ATI) instead of the low-power (Intel) GPU. There's an option in the bios to stop such thing but it makes the GPU runs always on high-power and I can't switch to the low-power GPU. How can I prevent the switchable graphics from automatically using the high-power GPU when charging?

• GPO IE Favorites Adds Unwanted Folders

  I created a AD 2003 GPO to add a couple of the company's links to everyone's IE. I have the following: Checked: Place Favorites and Links at the Top of the List... Unchecked: Everything else Then: Favorites |-Company Link One |-Company Link Two Links However, the GPO seems to add Favorites Bar, Microsoft Websites, MSN Websites, and Windows Live folders. If they are deleted it seems to make them come back. Anyone know how to fix this?
