    Im working on a web site that has to be reachable from many countries under the same domain. Id like to know how can I receive a request with nginx (or any other static file server), and send it to different web servers depending on IP's location. I mean, what is the point on having multiple db machines on country A and B, if the server that serves you the page is chosen by round robin. Maybe theres another solution to my problem, and I would be very happy if someone can explain it to me.

    Im trying to do a 2 column layout where the left column is very long vertically, and the right column is very long horizontally. When I scroll vertically, I want to move up and down the left column while the right one stays fixed. When I scroll horizontally, both columns move left-right (normal behaviour) I hope this drawing explain it more (sorry for the bad quality): Is this possible to do using only css?     same as in title? I have a test server with mentioned OS and my app is .net 3.5 based. I do want to know if win 2008 r2 comes with service pack 1 for .net 3.5 from the box. And does it come with .net 3.5 sp1 family update as WELL, since after I downloaded the update, the installer says I do not have software required to update. Could some win 2008 guru perhaps explain it to me? thanks luke

    If I create a conceptual class diagram such that each class captures 'name' and 'attributes' but not 'operations', have I not basically created what would be otherwise considered an ERD? I'm trying to gain an understanding of what the differences are between creating a conceptual class diagram as I have described versus calling it a ERD?     I see people writing a function with FUNCTION instead "CREATE FUNCTION". When I saw this usage in the web I thought it was a typo or something. But in Oreilly's "Oracle 11g PL/SQL Programming" by Steven Feurenstein, the author had used the same thing. But I get errors when I execute that. Could somebody explain is it legal usage or not?. I read a couple of articles and sample code about how to solve TSP with Genetic Algorithms and Ant Colony Optimization etc. But everything I found didn't include time (window) constraints, eg. "I have to be at customer x before 12am)" and assumed symmetry. Can somebody point me into the direction of some sample code or articles that explain how I can add constraints to TSP and how I can represent those in code. Thanks!
