  • How to set clickable and highlightable a ViewStub?

    I have ViewStubs in my layout. If I set clickable and implement the OnClickListener this does work only on the root of the element. But the layout holds parent elements, and when I click on those the click is not recognized. How do I make a full row/view of ViewStub as whole to be clickable and highlightable like a ListView elements? Also what do I have to add to get that orange highlight?

For example, say I want all <input type="text" class="datepicker" /> elements to have the jQuery UI Datepicker plugin, including any I might create at runtime. Do I have to check if the vector has achieved its max_size before adding an new element to it ? Is there any way of writing a method like createArray(typeof(int), firstDimension, secondDimension); and getting new int[firstDimension][secondDimension]?   • Can one use polygon() or equivalent in lattice and ggplot2 plots?

    Is it possible to annotate lattice (or ggplot2) figures with elements created with polygon() (or elements created with a similar function) from the graphics library? I'm not too familiar with either library beyond examples of simple graphs posted on the web and printed in Deepayan Sarkar's book. Therefore, while I have code for what I've been doing in R with the graphics library, pointing me to relevant, equivalent functions and usage examples for lattice or ggplot2 specifically would be appreciated. Now, normally when sorting i C# abc2_ would come after abc_, leaving the result: abc_ abc2_ I am using this to sort, if it matters: var element = from c in elements orderby c.elementName ascending select c; How can i change this? I want abc_ to come last. Reversing is not an option because the list is contains more than two elements.

    I want to write the draggable() and resizable() code in such a way that all future elements with a particular class will inherit those plugins without calling them again. $('div.resizeMe').resizable({ containment: 'parent', minWidth: 400, minHeight: 200 }) When the above code is executed, all divs with resizeMe class inherits the resizable() function.     Correct me if I'm wrong, after reading drupal fapi related articles, I got the impression that fapi generates 'id' attributes by itself. It allows developers to assign 'name' attribute only. If that's the case, is there a way I can set desire 'id' value for elements? Because, I want my elements to have meaningful 'id' so that html/jquery code would be easier to read as well as save my time from going through already written jquery code to change those all 'id's that I've used inside. P.S:drupal version - 6.x

    My current project involves gathering text content from an element and all of its descendents, based on a provided selector. For example, when supplied the selector #content and run against this HTML: <div id="content"> <p>This is some text.</p> <script type="text/javascript"> var test = true; </script> <p>This is some more text.</p> </div> my script would return (after a little whitespace cleanup): This is some text. var test = true; This is some more text. However, I need to disregard text nodes that occur within <script> elements. This is an excerpt of my current code: // get text content of all matching elements for (x = 0; x < selectors.length; x++) { matches = Sizzle(selectors[x], document); for (y = 0; y < matches.length; y++) { match = matches[y]; if (match.innerText) { // IE content += match.innerText + ' '; } else if (match.textContent) { // other browsers content += match.textContent + ' '; } } } It's a bit overly simplistic in that it just returns all text nodes within the element (and its descendants) that matches the provided selector. The solution I'm looking for would return all text nodes except for those that fall within script elements. It doesn't need to be especially high-performance, but I do need it to ultimately be cross-browser compatible. I'm assuming that I'll need to somehow loop through all children of the element that matches the selector and accumulate all text nodes other than ones within <script> elements; it doesn't look like there's any way to identify JavaScript once it's already rolled into the string accumulated from all of the text nodes. I can't use jQuery (for performance/bandwidth reasons), although you may have noticed that I do use its Sizzle selector engine, so jQuery's selector logic is available.     I'm not big on creating GUI's, and generally my philosophy is: I don't create them, or I make them as simple as possible (and convince myself that it's better for usability :) For my current project, I'm using Qt from Python (PyQt), and I want to start adding some GUI elements without cluttering the interface. My idea is to create these elements as sort of floating-shaped-widgets that only appear when necessary; pretty much like the status bar (and find bar) in chrome. Is there any standard api that enables creating this kind of interface?

  • Raphael Scope Drag n drop multiple paper instances

    I have two Raphael paper instances. In both I want to drag and drop an element (circle). It is important for me to assign both these circles the same id. I expected no problem, as both are in different paper instances and therefore in different scope. What happens is, that somehow both elements react, when I have clicked both elements at least once. If I however give these elements different IDs everything works fine (each element only calls its "start", "drag" and "up" function if draged around). Is this intended behaviour of Raphael and do I have to assign different IDs to the elements in the different paper instances?     Hello, Anybody knows how to concat these two map: map1: map map2: map I just want to add map2 to map1 and keep all elements already in map1 i.e. add map2 at the end of map1. I'v tried map1.insert(map2.begin(), map2.end()) but it does not work since it overwrites old elements in map1. thx, /Niklas
