    I would like to find an open source example of a code for deterministic annealing. It can be in almost any language: C, C++, MatLab/Octave, Fortran. I have already found a MatLab code for simulated annealing, so MatLab would be best.     For HTML input, I want to neutralize all HTML elements that have inline js (onclick="..", onmouseout=".." etc). I am thinking, isn't it enough to encode the following chars? =,(,) So onclick="location.href='ggg.com'" will become onclick%3D"location.href%3D'ggg.com'" What am I missing here? Edit: I do need to accept active HTML (I can't escape it all or entities is it).

    I have several domain names registered, each a slight variant of each other. E.g, fastcar.com fast-car.com fastcar.co.uk fast-car.co.uk etc.. I don't wish to be penalized for duplicate content or spammy links by any of the major search engines. Should I park them all directly on the main domain I wish to promote, 301 redirect them to the main domain or not use them at all? Thanks

  • Read email from incoming mail server(POP)

    Hi, I have used an open source code from codeproject to read email from incoming mail server(POP Server). The code can be found at following location: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/IP/Pop3MimeClient.aspx So far it works fine i can read emails. My objective of using this code was to retrieve emails from POP server and process them. My problem is: If i use gmails pop server "pop.gmail.com" and run the appplication. I get only those emails that i have not retrieved since the last time i run the application. but if i use my clients pop server everytime i run the application i get all the emails in the pop server. for example: If i use gmail pop server: pop.gmail.com I have three emails in the pop server. I haven't run the application. I am running the application for the first time. Application reads the email, this time i will get 3 all the three email. I run the application second time, my application will not read any emails this time because i have already read the 3 existing one. This is fine, this is what i want. Now i send email to pop.gmail.com. I run the application again for the third time, this time i will only get the email that has just arrived that is the fourth one. This is good behaviour, this is what i want. But if i use my clients pop server: No matter how many times i run the application, it reads all the emails in the mail box. This will create problem for me, because i am thinking of building a window service that will read emails from pop server and process them. This service will run continuously. I will process emails in the pop serve then sleep for let's say 1 minute and the process the emails again. If the application downloaded from codeproject reads all the emails all the time, my clients mailbox can have like thousands for email in this mail box, so this would not be feasible for me. Is there some settings that is to be made at my client's pop server that will allow my application to retrieve only those emails that i have not read since last time i run the service or any help Please help, thanks,

    JSF 1.1 and websphere 6.1 was working properly in my case. Once I deployed that to a websphere 7 server, I received the following error - Application was not properly initialized at startup, could not find Factory: javax.faces.context.FacesContextFactoryat javax.faces.FactoryFinder.getFactory(FactoryFinder.java:270) at javax.faces.webapp.FacesServlet.init(FacesServlet.java:164) at com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.servlet.ServletWrapper.init(ServletWrapper.java:358) at com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.servlet.ServletWrapperImpl.init(ServletWrapperImpl.java:168) Not sure what it means, I have enabled JSF1.2 as project facet in the RAD but still keep getting the above error message and none of my jsf files are working.

I want to create a cookie with a part of the request url as in the following: RewriteRule ([0-9])/. - [CO=cookieName:$1:example.com] for example: If the request url is: http://www.example.com/1234, i want to set a cookie name "cookieName" with the value "1234" it seems no cookie is add when a dollar sign ($1) is between the cookie directive.     I followed the instructions here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/825532 After that when I preview my page, I can't see the hitcounter. I learned that it may be related to permissions of the site but I couldn't find how to do it. Is it realy related to permissions ? If so what should I do to ? And any external solution (except this one: http://hitcounter.codeplex.com/) would help, the one in pharanthesis, I couldn't make it work.

I can open the Admin website if I use a browser running on the server by browsing to: http:// localhost:4848/ I would like to access it from a remote machine by browsing to something like http:// mydomain.com:4848/ The firewall is definitely allowing traffic through on that port (4848) and I can access the application server by browsing to: http:// mydomain.com:8080/ How can I allow remote access to the administration website?
