• Any good GUI tool to easily create stored procs SQL server 2008 ?

  The templates for stored-procs in SSMS do not auto-populate all input columns, again there is manual work involved. I am looking for something like right-click on table and say CREATE stored-proc, and then it allows to pick a template, based on which it can populate the parameters etc. and give check-box in GUI (like table designer, you can easily add/remove a column). Some support for change management with table undergoing alter or otherwise would also be helpful. Currently we manually write all stored-procs, which i think we should be able to save time and labor with automation. Any suggestion on other free 3rd party tools ?

I have following data 1 3 5 5 1 2 2 4 8 3 2 9 3 8 4 first column = source 1 second column = source 2 third column = result column First and second column will can create 3rd column and that 3rd column can be used in 1st or 2nd column to make a new 3rd column value. You can see in first row 5 was 3rd column and in 2nd row it was input to make 2 (3rd column) I am looking for a solutin that if it pass 3 it return me (1,4,5) rows and same for other digits. Solution tip can be either in java or php because I just want to get data from a old project to make it work ! Thanks !

  Hi all, I've done some searching for this but cannot find what I'm after, specifically. I have two files: "a.txt", "b.txt". Each contains a list of email addresses, separated by newlines. For all lines in "a.txt", I need to check for a match anywhere in "b.txt". If so, the email address in "a.txt" needs to be removed. (Alternatively, a new file "c.txt" could be created with the output if that is easier.) I'm using Mac OS X, so am looking for a shell script that could help, or pointers to how I'd go about constructing the script. Thanks for any help.

  I have multiple notes with class=.note and unique id each inside a div. On click of edit I grab the id, show hidden form #noteditor and hide all notes. I am using the load function to get the response (using codeigniter so url does work) and input result in the editorfrorm Textarea id = upnote... Firebug response looks ok and I have tried to inject into a div and this works fine, BUT getting this injto the text area is causing me some headaches. There is also the chance that i am going around this a convoluted way due to my limited knowledge...   I have a save-plots function which I call it in my final command of behavior space to export selected plots, I could create unique names for plots so they don't replace each other, for example my output file name for one of the plots is like this: DeathRates, PS true, HCHA false 100,true.csv Let FileNameDeathRates ( word "D: /Results/" "DeathRates, " "PS "PS? ", HCHA " HCHA? MPS "," CV? ".csv" ) So far is good, but I want is to have a directory with name of the experiment and export all plots of that experiment in that directory for example: Let DirName( word "D:/Results/" "PS "PS? ", HCHA " HCHA? MPS "," CV? ) Netlogo already exports plots with proper name and I just want the directory name to be different , and of course prior to the experiment the directory does not exist so the directory should be created first , I could not find a command to create a directory in netlogo without pathdir extension. • Numpy modify array in place?

  I have the following code which is attempting to normalize the values of an m x n array (It will be used as input to a neural network, where m is the number of training examples and n is the number of features). However, when I inspect the array in the interpreter after the script runs, I see that the values are not normalized; that is, they still have the original values. I guess this is because the assignment to the array variable inside the function is only seen within the function. How can I do this normalization in place? • How can one put together multiple arrays into one string?

  I'm having a hard time describing what I'm looking for. If we pretend that we're pulling an array (I've used the .split to get user input data) where each line represents a link. How can I then add an anchor tagg to that link that I'm pulling? I need to be able to put < a href=" + thearray + "anything< /a. The reason for this is that I'm dynamically creating a list. I think that if I create two variables, one with this part < a href=" one with the closing and then call some sort of function that puts those two and the pulled array in between them until the list is complete. Does this make any sense?

• How can I manipulate the strip text of facet plots in ggplot2?

  I'm wondering how I can manipulate the size of strip text in facetted plots. My question is similar to a question on plot titles, but I'm specifically concerned with manipulating not the plot title but the text that appears in facet titles (strip_h). As an example, consider the mpg dataset. library(ggplot2) qplot(hwy, cty, data = mpg) + facet_grid( . ~ manufacturer) The resulting output produces some facet titles that don't fit in the strip. I'm thinking there must be a way to use grid to deal with the strip text. But I'm still a novice and wasn't sure from the grid appendix in Hadley's book how, precisely, to do it. Also, I was afraid if I did it wrong it would break my washing machine, since I believe all technology is connected through The Force :-( Many thanks in advance.

I have a string that I receive in the following format(s): 123 123456-753 123455-43 234234-4 123415 The desired output, post formatting, is: 123-455-444 123-455-55 123-455-5 or 123-455 The format is ultimately dependent upon the total number of characters in the original string.. Why is this necessary? Is there a way to suppress this? Thanks! Edit: This code tested on x86 machine with g++ version 4.1.2. If you wish to run it on a 64-bit machine, you'll have to change at least the line return malloc(24). Changing to return malloc(48) should work.

• Help writing emacs lisp for emacs etags search

  I'm looking for some help developing what I think should be an easy program. I want something similar to Emacs tags-search command, but I want to collect all search results into a buffer. (I want to see all results of M-,) I'm thinking this python style pseudo code should work, but I have no idea how to do this in emacs lisp? Any help would be greatly appreciated. def myTagsGrep(searchValue): for aFile in the tag list: result = grep aFile seachValue if len(result) > 0: print aFile # to the buffer print result # to the buffer I would like to be able to browse through the buffer with the same features tags-apropos does.   I'm having trouble changing the font size of my TextInput tooltip. • Sqlite3 activerecord :order => "time DESC" doesn't sort

  rails 2.3.4, sqlite3 I'm trying this Production.find(:all, :conditions = ["time ?", start_time.utc], :order = "time DESC", :limit = 100) The condition works perfectly, but I'm having problems with the :order = time DESC. By chance, I discovered that it worked at Heroku (testing with heroku console), which runs PostgreSQL. However, locally, using sqlite3, new entries will be sorted after old ones, no matter what I set time to. Like this (output has been manually stripped): second entry is new: Production id: 2053939460, time: "2010-04-24 23:00:04", created_at: "2010-04-24 23:00:05" Production id: 2053939532, time: "2010-04-25 10:00:00", created_at: "2010-04-27 05:58:30" Production id: 2053939461, time: "2010-04-25 00:00:04", created_at: "2010-04-25 00:00:04" Production id: 2053939463, time: "2010-04-25 01:00:04", created_at: "2010-04-25 01:00:04" Seems like it sorts on the primary key, id, not time. Note that the query works fine on heroku, returning a correctly ordered list! I like sqlite, it's so KISS, I hope you can help me... Any suggestions?

  My output window is flooded with binding expression failures like : "Cannot find source for binding with reference 'RelativeSource FindAncestor, AncestorType='System.Windows.Controls.UserControl', AncestorLevel='1''.
