    Hello, I want to add a resize function to my app which works like the integrated copy feature on the iPhone. When the user opens the view he should see the image with the four blue dots which enable him to resize it. Is there an available example for this?     I wrote up some instructions for freezing a non-native gem in a Rails app today: install the gem sudo gem install fastercsv put the reference in the environment.rb (I think this is only necessary to do unpack with no GEM specified) config.gem "fastercsv" unpack the gem rake gems:unpack GEM=fastercsv uninstall the gem sudo gem uninstall fastercsv I know this must be the long way around: how can I unpack the gem without installing it first? Also: What's the difference between rake gems:unpack GEM=fastercsv and gem unpack fastercsv?

    I am trying to unit test a lot of my MVC controllers, but unfortunately it keeps failing because it needs a lot of settings from the web.config.. Which I copied over but does not read it, what I'm needing is the membership and rolemanager but I can't just add it to the app.config either, which I've been able to get the connection strings and application settings to work with.. Any idea how to get the web.config to work with MSTest?

    I have a web app that has several tree views. When the page loads i see the unordered lists and after a small latency the styling of the tree is rendered into the DOM. Is there a way to mask the webapp, and have a spinner in the middle of the screen, and when everything on the page is fully rendered the spinner goes away and the mask fades out? Kind of like a semi transparent mask that you would see on a lightbox pop-up dialog.

    I made a Home application and I'd like to offer the ability to exit it and unset it as the default application. Exit is easy (just starting an intent) but the problem is I don't want my program to be launched again the next time the user click the Home button. I know that this can be done by going in the parameters / Applications / my app / erase default actions but I would like to do it from my program so that the user doesn't have to search this function.
