  • Remove or change an attribute syntax in AD LDS?

    I've searched the net and I cant find any information about how to change an attribute syntax or remove an attribute from the schema in AD LDS, former ADAM. From some documents i´ve read they claim it is not possible. However I find that hard to believe. Is there no room for making an error? Regards

  • What would I use to remove escaped html from large sets of data.

    Our database is filled with articles retrieved from RSS feeds. I was unsure of what data I would be getting, and how much filtering was already setup (WP-O-Matic Wordpress plugin using the SimplePie library). This plugin does some basic encoding before insertion using Wordpress's built in post insert function which also does some filtering. I've figured out most of the filters before insertion, but now I have whacko data that I need to remove. This is an example of whacko data that I have data in one field which the content I want in the front, but this part removed which is at the end: <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/SoundOnTheSound?i=xFxEpT2Add0:xFbIkwGc-fk:V_sGLiPBpWU" border="0"></img> <img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/SoundOnTheSound?d=qj6IDK7rITs" border="0"></img> &lt;img src=&quot;http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/SoundOnTheSound?i=xFxEpT2Add0:xFbIkwGc-fk:D7DqB2pKExk&quot; Notice how some of the images are escape and some aren't. I believe this has to do with the last part being cut off so as to be unrecognizable as an html tag, which then caused it to be html endcoded. PS One of the nice things about using Wordpress's insert post function, is that if you use php's strip_tags function to strip out all html, insert post function will insert <p> at the paragraph points.   • How do I remove an active outline from jquery accordion ?

    I am using Jquery Accordion. The active link has an outline. I have tried using css: #accordion a:focus { outline: none; } #accordion a:active {outline: none; font-weight:bold;} and also #accordion a:-moz-any-link:focus { outline: none; } None of these seem to work. Can anyone advise a setting or another option to remove the dotted outline around the active links?

Actually in every gridview the cell [1,1] is selected I have already searched in some forums, but the provided solutions doesn't work. For example often it is recommended to set CurrentCell = null -- but this has no effect. Has anybody another solution, which really works ;-) ?

  • jQuery, Animate opacity to 1 then remove the opacity property to make it better looking on IE

    Hi everyone, I tried the jQuery fadeIn animation in all browsers and it work good, but not that much on IE. the Alpha png images are so creepy after appending the CSS opacity, but i have an idea and i don't know how to implement it using jQuery. The idea is to fadeIn the element and when the animation is finished it will automatically remove the opacity property in order to make the picture quality better. How to do that? Note: i'm using Animate and not FadeIn. Thanks

I've noticed that other sites manage to delete the cookie immediately somehow. For example when you logout here on stackoverflow the "user" cookie disappears right away. How?
