• How are updates to the .net framework handled in azure?

  If someone is hosting something in Azure and a new KB comes along and requires the .net framework to be updated, how is this handled in Azure? Do they automatically update it for you or give you the option to remain at the older version? I'm more interested in how the versioning is handled, rather than uptime etc. Do they force you to stay at the most up to date version of a given version number? As in, the most up to date version of 3.5, etc.

However, when I do this, my main text is truncated, if it is longer than a short word. I want to force it to not truncate the main text and show the entire main text, and then the detail text after it. How can I do that?

  Hello, I'm loving vim, but one thing that's bugging me is that when I hold the control key and mouse wheel up or down, the window scrolls normally when the bindings are telling it to page up/down. I'm using the exact same vimrc file (and plugins) on one of my linux machines and the CTRL+mouse wheel does page up down (as opposed to just normally scrolling like in windows). Is there some way to force gvim to response to a ctrl+MouseUp/Down event? It seems to be ignoring it in windows ='[

  Using SQL profiler, I was able to find the query generated from Nhibernate was executed in the EXEC sp_executesql N'select ...' fashion. I am wondering if there is any way to force Nhibernate to generate the plain Select ... statement instead. The reason I want this is because apparently SQL Server generated different execution plans for them, and in my scenario, the plain "select ..." runs MUCH faster.

When I update my table behind the scenes, I have no way of telling this control (that is defined in IB) that it has been updated, and to reload.   Hi, Depending on the font settings (DPI and such) on the user's computers, I can have text become too big to fit in a button and moves down to the next line (wrap), so if it is a small button that says "Do xyz", it will only show "Do" unless I increase the height on the user's computer, but it looks fine on mine.   I have not been able to get IE mobile to stop automatically resizing my site design. I am using three stylesheets with media queries to display the site differently on different device screens. I've included the meta tag so it shows the mobile stylesheet on IE mobile but it keeps setting the viewport at 320X480 instead of using the actual size of 480X800. How can I force it to display at the actual screen size instead of scaling for a smaller resolution?
