    Hello all, I have switched on the Codeigniter profile (very useful) and I have noticed that a page of mine shows the memory used as: 2,405,496 bytes That's ~2MB and it's for one request - does it mean if 1000 users accessed this page at the same time, memory usage will be 2GB? Have I got my maths wrong or is there more to this than just multiplying two numbers? Thanks all for any help

For example, I once improved the performance of a certain page on a high-profile web app by a factor of 10, just by moving "where customerID = ?" to a different place inside a complicated SQL statement (before my change it had been selecting all customers in a join, then later selecting out the desired customer).

I have the following instruction: Import ++++ certificate (in order to allow SSL connections) – it is done in Administrative Console for the corresponding WAS profile (Security-SSL certificate and key management-Key stores and certificates-NodeDefaultTrustStore-Signer certificates). Here you can simply add the attached trkd_cert.cer (“Add” button) or get it from port (“Retrieve from port” button, host: ++++.com, port 443) But this is valid for Websphere 6.1. Do somebody know how this can be done in WebSphere 5.1?

My question is: How can I profile my web app to see how much heap size it needs so I can choose a plan?, How can I simulate hundreds of users logged in at the same time? So I need to include some fields from the User model and the UserProfile model.     I'm trying to show one public twitter profile in one WebView of my app, is not necessary to login twitter, in the MotoDev Simulator this works fine, but in the physical device don't work, this: "403 fobiden limite exceed rate" error appears, this is the simple code line that I'm using: webView.loadUrl("https://mobile.twitter.com/#!/asambleaecuador"); and works fine into de MotoDev simulator AVD ....can somebody helpme please!!!     Hi I have a temp website set up in IIS Manager (6) linked to an IP / URL, for example: 1.2.3.4 / www.someUrl.com When that url is accessed, the temp website shows fine. But if someone tries to access any other file within that domain, for example: www.someUrl.com/index.cfm?action=profile then the upgrade website does not display. How do I get it to show for all requests made to the domain www.someUrl.com?? Thanks

  • One iPhone, two developer machines

    Hi all, I switch between my iMac and MacBook when working on my apps. I've always used my iMac to test the apps on the actual device, but I would like to be able to do this from both computers. I cannot seem to use the profile on my MacBook as it does not have the correct Certificate Signing Request in the KeyChain. Is there a way to copy these between machines and KeyChains? :)
