    i have an xml like : <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <entry> <entry_id></entry_id> <entry_status></entry_status> </entry> i am writing data in it like: XmlNode xnode = xdoc.SelectSingleNode("entry/entry_status"); xnode.InnerText = "<![CDATA[ " + Convert.ToString(sqlReader["story_status"]) + " ]]>" ; but its change "<" to "&lt" of CDATA. Please tell me how to fill values in above xml as a CData format. i know that we can create CDATA like : XmlNode itemDescription = doc.CreateElement("description"); XmlCDataSection cdata = doc.CreateCDataSection("<P>hello world</P>"); itemDescription.AppendChild(cdata); item.AppendChild(itemDescription); but my process is to read node of xml and change its value not to append in it.   • iPhone, I can send accelerometer data via wifi only 248 lines

    I have created one application on iPhone. I build an application that gather accelerometer value and pass this value to c# server in realtime via wifi connection. I use NSStream with IP and port number. I was working perfectly, but now I realize that it stops after fetch value only 248 lines. I tried to write this value in text file locally on iPhone. I can obtain more than 260 lines of data. Therefore, I suspect that it has some limitation or other problems on NSStream of wifi connection.

    Hi All, Is it possible to bind a label content to two values. For eg, I want a single label whose content is displayed as below, UserName= Firstname, Lastname where Firstname and Lastname, both are values from database. If I would be using to labels I would bind as Content={Binding Firstname} for one and Content={Binding Lastname} for another. But I want a single label to display both. Is it possible?

  • CarrierWave and nested forms saving empty image object if photo :title is included in form

    I'm after some advice in regards to handling nested form data and I would be ever so grateful for any insights. The trouble is I'm not 100% sure why I require the following code in my model accepts_nested_attributes_for :holiday_image, allow_destroy: true, :reject_if => lambda { |a| a[:title].blank? } If I don't understand why I require to tact on on my accepts_nested_attributes_for association: :reject_if => lambda { |a| a[:title].blank? } If I remove this :reject_if lambda, it will save a blank holiday photo object in the database. I presume because it takes the :title field from the form as an empty string? I guess my question is, am I doing this right or is there a better way of this this within nested forms if I want to extend my HolidayImage model to include more strings like description, notes? Sorry If I can't be more succinct. Now I want to install it on Android mobile using Phonegap 1.8. The problem is that the project is too big and the emulator shows that there is no space on the devive My question is how can I clean the project from unused folders, specially the ones in sdk directory?

  • getting 502 proxy error while parsing

    Iam parsing a page and im getting response from that but after some time i.e. after some of the parsing gets done i get this error from the server - Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request GET /file.php. Reason: Error reading from remote server and after this my parsing fails. I even tried sleep() function but it didnt helped and the error still came. Are they temporarily blocking my ip or what?? What could be the reason for this and how can i parse those pages without getting this error and all ???

    Hi All, I am listening for Directory and disk changes in a COCOA project using FSEvents. I need to get events when a root folder is renamed or deleted. So, I passed kFSEventStreamCreateFlagWatchRoot while creating the FSEventStream.But even if I delete or rename the root folder I am not getting corresponding FSEventStreamEventFlags. Any idea what could possibly be the issue. I am listening for changes in a USB mounted device. I used both FSEventStreamCreate and FSEventStreamCreateRelativeToDevice. One thing I notices is when I try with FSEventStreamCreate I get the following error message while creating FSEventStream: (CarbonCore.framework) FSEventStreamCreate: watch_all_parents: error trying to add kqueue for fd 7 (/Volumes/NO NAME; Operation not supported) But with FSEventStreamCreateRelativeToDevice there are no errors but still not getting kFSEventStreamEventFlagRootChanged in event flags. Also, while creation using FSEventStreamCreateRelativeToDevice apple say's if I want to listen to root path changes pass emty string "". But I am not able to listen to root path changes by passing empty string. But when I pass "/" it works. But even for "/" I do not get any proper FSEventStreamEventFlags.     Hi I have a web service that is doing huge computation and is taking more than a minute. I have generated the proxy file of the web service and then from my client end I am using the dll(of course I generated the proxy dll). My client side code is TimeSeries3D t = new TimeSeries3D(); int portfolioId = 4387919; string[] str = new string[2]; str[0] = "MKT_CAP"; DateRange dr = new DateRange(); dr.mStartDate = DateTime.Today; dr.mEndDate = DateTime.Today; Service1 sc = new Service1(); t = sc.GetAttributesForPortfolio(portfolioId, true, str, dr); But since it is taking to much time for the server to compute, after 1 minute I am receiving an error message The CLR has been unable to transition from COM context 0x33caf30 to COM context 0x33cb0a0 for 60 seconds. The thread that owns the destination context/apartment is most likely either doing a non pumping wait or processing a very long running operation without pumping Windows messages. This situation generally has a negative performance impact and may even lead to the application becoming non responsive or memory usage accumulating continually over time. To avoid this problem, all single threaded apartment (STA) threads should use pumping wait primitives (such as CoWaitForMultipleHandles) and routinely pump messages during long running operations. Kindly guide me what to do? It is very urgent. Thanks

  • OpenGL: Disable texture colors?

    Is it possible to disable texture colors, and use only white as the color? It would still read the texture, so i cant use glDisable(GL_TEXTURE_2D) because i want to render the alpha channels too. All i can think of now is to make new texture where all color data is white, remaining alpha as it is. I need to do this without shaders, so is this even possible?

  • Components are not longer resizable after moving

I want to enlarge a component (component x) by removing it from its parent panel (component a) and adding it in one of component a's parent (component b). Before that, I call setVisible(false) on all components in b. After that I want to make this back by removing it from b and adding on a. After that all components are not longer resizable. Why that?
