  • Any good SQL Anywhere database schema comparison tools?

    Are there any good database schema comparison tools out there that support Sybase SQL Anywhere version 10? I've seen a litany of them for SQL Server, a few for MySQL and Oracle, but nothing that supports SQL Anywhere correctly. I tried using DB Solo, but it turned all my non-unique indexes into unique ones, and I didn't see any options to change that.

    Hi, Too often, I'm being called to help a friend who screwed a Windows machine by some creative methods. Th usual remedy is backing up the hard drive contents and reinstalling. Right now, this is done by removing the defected hard drive to my machine. I figured out that using a rescue disk running some version of Linux might ease the process. I'm looking for: NTFS access Partition tools Large variety of drivers (Network, Hard drives, etc.) GUI and some rescue wizards a great plus. Any ideas? Adam

  • Looking for a free or open-source burner emulator [closed]

    Possible Duplicate: Virtual CDR driver I am looking for a free or open-source virtual CD/DVD emulator to run in a Windows environment. What I want is similar to what SlySoft's Virtual Clone Drive or Daemon Tools provides, but the emulated drive needs to be a burner of some type. The burner should be able to save disc images (.iso, .ccd, etc) to my harddrive - basically, the same as if I burned the files to a CD-R, and then ripped them back to a disc image. I have already looked around some and come across 2 - DVD neXt COPY iTurns and NoteBurner M4P. Both of these programs create a virtual CD-RW drive, but they are integrated into their product (for burning from iTunes to create mp3 files) and cannot create disc images. I am currently writing a piece of software that will have the capability to burn disc images onto CDs/DVDs, and I don't want to end up with a 100 coasters while I'm testing my software.     Hi guys, I used jQuery tools to create a tabs setup, and I would like to incorporate the fade effect, but when I try to do so, it bombs out, here is my code: $(function() { $("#flowtabs").tabs("#flowpanes > div", { history: true, effect: 'fade' }); }); I am assuming that it's because I am also enabling the tabs history?     Is there a way to either disable Internet Explorer 8 Developer Tools, or at least change the shortcut key mapping? I'm working on an ASP.NET AJAX app that has used the F12 key for a function for years (it's actually a hold over from the original DOS app). Customers have used this key for the sam function for nearly 15 years and we'd really like to avoid having to move that function. Cheers

I know command line diff works; But I'd like multiple column syntax highlighted and differences. Better if the tool has a support for Git and Hg as well.
