  • Each request takes 25-30 sec for Google Analytics API?

    I'm using GAPI library (in PHP) for querying Google Analytics API. I request 2 dimensions (pagePath, date), 2 metric (pageviews, visits), past 365 days time range, and 2 filters for pagePath. Average time to get data for one query is 25-30 sec. When I use only 1 metric (pageviews), average response time is 3 sec. Why would there be such a difference when using 1 or 2 metrics?

    I am trying to switch a table from being a many-to-one mapping to being many-to-many with an intermediate mapping table. However, when I switched it over and tried to do a query on it with NHibernate, it's giving me this error: "Interceptor.OnPrepareStatement(SqlString) returned null or empty SqlString." My query was originally something more complex, but I switched it to a basic fetch all and I'm still having the problem: Session.QueryOver<T>().Future(); It would seem to either be a problem in my model mapping files or something in my database.     I installed Python Mock module using PIP. When I try to import mock running under 'dev_appserver', GAE says that it can't find module 'mock'. import mock works perfectly in Python interpreter. I understand that dev_appserver behaves absolutely correctly because I can't install modules with PIP on GAE servers. My question is how technically dev_appserver filters list of modules that can be loaded?

    How can I set the hard disk to never turn off permanently?And the sleep to never, together with the hibernate. Because the options resets to their default values when I turn off, log off or restart my computer. I am using granola on my laptop and it is set to lowest speed. When I restart it turns to full power again. Does it have something to do with the power options resetting to their default values?

    Basically, I want to be able to assign objects created within filters to members in a base controller from which every controller extends. Any possible way to do that? Here's how I tried, but haven't got to make it work. What I'm trying to achieve is to have all my controllers extend a base controller. The base controller's constructor would be used to assign values to its members, those values being pulled from the session map. Example below.     There is apparently a bug introduced in the latest Java update for Mac OS X, which causes deletes in JFormattedTextFields to be performed twice. See http://lists.apple.com/archives/java-dev/2010/May/msg00092.html The DefaultEditorKit.deletePrevCharAction is invoked twice when the delete key is pressed. Are there any suggestions for a workaround? I'm thinking of replacing the delete action for my text fields with a patched version that somehow filters out these duplicate invocations.

    I've recently installed Ubuntu 9.10 on a desktop machine as the only OS. If put in a hibernate, it wakes up normally, but if turned of completely, after turning on there is no "beep" sound from BIOS and HD lamp blinks for a while then stops. When I hit reset in that state, it bots normally. What is going on and how could I fix it?

    Hi, I have Start Date and End date parameters that work fine as filters on a query, as follows: [EMR Reporting].[Appointments].[Appointment Date] between ?Start Date? and ?End Date? But when I attempt to apply conditional styles to a field based on ?Start Date?, the report blows up. Should I be able to use parameter values in conditional style expressions, or is this not supported for some reason? Thanks!

    Hi All, I want an Open File Dialog with *.class ,*.jar filters. I want that *.jar files will be treated as folders (pressing OK or double-click should display the jar file content [ *.class] ). This capability is very similar to the TotalCommander archive plugin that let you browse inside archive files in-place (without the need to extract them, etc...) Any ideas how it could be done?     What debugging tools are available for directshow filters? Presently, I have a project that compiles and registers a video source filter that I then setup a graph in GraphEdit. I am using c++ in visual studio 2008. Is it possible to get a debugger attached to the filter in any way where I could set break points, inspect variables, etc? Barring that is there a way to log diagnostic information somewhere that I can view in real time?
