  I'm trying to monitor a number of remote database connections. How can I constantly monitor a GMail account for routing emails based on their header within the same application? This will need to be standalone or basic package. Should I build a Qt or .NET app for this?

• ASP.NET Password textbox, has text as characters entered

  When I look at gmail on my mobile web browser the password textbox hashes the characters as I type so I can see the actual input as I type before is hashed with an asterisk. So as I enter it becomes, P -- *a -- **s etc.. How is this done? I presume its javascript? If somone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

  When using SMTP to send mails (email client or via a script), mails are normally not seen in the Sent folder on the email provider's server. But it does get reflected in the Sent folders of Gmail (Google Apps). Is is not mandatory to save the mail in the Sent folder of the server too ? I consider Sent mails as my log for mails sent automatically.

  Hi All, I'm running into a similar problem as this: link text I've done the fix as in the answer but now I end up with an error a couple lines later: $$([overlay = (new Element("div", {id: "mbOverlay"})).addEvent("click", close), center = new Element("div", {id: "mbCenter"})]).setStyle is not a function [Break on this error] ]).setStyle("display", "none") It's on this page: link text When you click on 'showreel' it should pop up into the media box, but instead it just goes to a new page. I'd like to allow users to associate names with these phone numbers, but I don't want to make users manually type in names (obviously). I'm curious what the best overall approach is here, as well as the best way to implement it Overall approach-wise, I imagine using Gmail / Yahoo / Windows Live contacts is best (the Facebook API doesn't let you access phone numbers), though the gems I've found for interacting with these contacts APIs (this and this) only give you access to the names and email addresses of each contact.

I don't want the soft keyboard to pop up when the Activity loads. The above code snippet works, however my View no longer scrolls up so that the User can still see the EditText. It scrolls without this line of code. Any ideas?
