    Is there any way to upload an image (UIImage) directly from an iPhone app to a user's wall/feed? All the samples I see are either using a json-embedded link or they use the photos.upload call with album ID (aid) which results in the user getting the image in his photo album(s). What I want to do is to upload an (UI)Image created (by the user) inside an iPhone app and upload to his/her wall. Is this possible? Sample code would be highly appreciated.

  • .net MVC RenderPartial renders information that is not in the model

    Hi, I have a usercontrol that is rendering a list of items. Each row contains a unique id in a hidden field, a text and a delete button. When clicking on the delete button I use jquery ajax to call the controller method DeleteCA (seen below). DeleteCA returns a new list of items that replaces the old list. [HttpPost] public PartialViewResult DeleteCA(CAsViewModel CAs, Guid CAIdToDelete) { int indexToRemove = CAs.CAList.IndexOf(CAs.CAList.Single(m => m.Id == CAIdToDelete)); CAs.CAList.RemoveAt(indexToRemove); return PartialView("EditorTemplates/CAs", CAs); } I have checked that DeleteCA is really removing the correct item. The modified list of CAs passed to PartialView no longer contains the deleted item. Something weird happens when the partial view is rendered. The number of items in the list is reduced but it is always the last element that is removed from the list. The rendered items does not correspond to the items in the list/model sent to PartialView. In the usercontrol file (ascx) I'm using both Model.CAList and lambda expression m = m.CAList. How is it possible for the usercontrol to render stuff that is not in the model sent to PartialView?   • prevent UIWebView inputs from displaying UIKeyboard without disabling user interaction

    I have a UIWebView that loads and external product configuration web service UI that is basically a bunch of dependent Drop Down lists. The problem is the Drop Downs are basically enhanced text input's so when the user taps them to display the options the UIKeyboard keeps popping up and own after they make their selection. it is less than a fluid process. Is there anyway to suppress the html inputs from triggering the UIKeyboard?

I found an article from the Eclipse.org marketing director where he states: "An organization that is 100% Microsoft probably won't/shouldn't consider Eclipse RCP." A colleague pointed out that this article was posted in 2005, so i was wondering if Microsoft has a competing product by now, and if not, why not?

I've thought about hiding the border and putting the treeview inside a rounded rectangle, but this loses real-estate and seems in-elegant. Any ideas?

    I have a (hidden) html select object in my menu attached to a menu button link, so that clicking the link shows the list so you can pick from it. When you click the button, it calls some javascript to show the <select>. Clicking away from the <select> hides the list. What I really want is to make the <select> appear fully expanded, as if you had clicked on the "down" arrow, but I can't get this working. I've tried lots of different approaches, but can't make any headway. What I'm doing currently is this: <li> <a href="javascript:showlist();"><img src="/images/icons/add.png"/>Add favourite</a> <select id="list" style="display:none; onblur="javascript:cancellist()"> </select> </li> // in code function showlist() { //using prototype not jQuery $('list').show(); // shows the select list $('list').focus(); // sets focus so that when you click away it calles onblur() } I've tried calling $('list').click(). I've tried setting onfocus="this.click()" But in both cases I'm getting Uncaught TypeError: Object # has no method 'click' which is peculiar as link text says that it supports the standard functions. I've tried setting the .size = .length which works, but doesn't have the same appearance (as when you click to open the element, it floats over the rest of the page.) Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I cannot get a nine patch drawable to work (i.e. it is stretching the nine patch image) when loading from either Drawable.createFromPath or from a number of other methods using an InputStream. Loading the same nine patch works fine when loading from when resources. My question - how do you retrieve the subversion version of that css file to include in the link? Subversion keywords only tell you the revision of the file you are currently in. I'm working with PHP/CodeIgniter + jQuery.

  • Infopath - Repeating sections

    I have struggled with this for 2 days and posted this question at a couple of other sites but with no luck. I am creating a form as follows. I have an "outer" repeating section in which the user enters a work item id and then selects as many names as he/she wishes from a series of drop down lists. When the user clicks a button (also in this "outer" repeating section), Feedback textboxes are added for each name selected, as well as text boxes with the names selected from the drop down appear above the those provided for feedback. I used the XPathNavigator.Clone() method to create the new feedback textboxes and textboxes that display the user's name that was selected. (The username textbox appears above the respective feedback textbox). This did the trick, but there is a problem. The user should be able to click "Insert item" on the outer repeating section to add another work item wherein he/she may again select as many names as they wish from the series of drop downs, click a button, and have feedback and user name text boxes appear for each name selected from the drop down box associated with the current work item, (i.e, "outer" repeating section). I clicked Insert Item on the "outer" repeating section and selected 2 names from the second series of drop downs, but when I try to clone a node, it is added at the end of the previous repeating section. I don't know how to navigate into (for lack of a better term) subsequent repeating sections. I am using InfoPath 2007 and I am aware that the current() method call is implicit, but this still doesn't work. I'm thinking I need to set up a Rule somewhere, but I am not sure how to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello there. The following code adds a new item, and a new group with the text "Default". If i keep clicking the button, it will just keep adding new items to that particular group. ListViewItem item = new ListViewItem(""); item.SubItems.Add(""); csslistview.Items.Add(item); What i'm trying to do, is to add a new group and fill it with one empty item, aswell as one empty subitem. And when i click the button again, i want it to create a new group, and do the same thing. I have a textbox were the user has to fill in the name of the group, so there wont be any groups with the same name (hopefully). The following code, i think, creates a new group: ListViewGroup group = new ListViewGroup(newGroupName); group.Items.Add(newGroupName); csslistview.Groups.Add(group); but as empty groups aren't showed, i can't really verify that it actually creates new groups.     How can I detect page zoom level in all modern browsers? While this thread tells how to do it in IE7 and IE8, I can't find good solution for FF, Safari and Chrome. For FF one of the suggested solution FF stores page zoom level for future. So on first page load would I be able to get zoom level? Somewhere I read it works if you're changing zoom level on that page after its loaded. Is there a way to trap 'zoom' event? I need this because some of my calculations are based on no of pixels and they get changed on Zoom. Thanks. Modified sample given by tfl.
