email is moved to junk-email folder even though sender is listed as safe

Using Outlook-2007 : Added a sender as safe sender, but still the email from that id goes to junk-email folder. Tried resetting all settings and restarted outlook . any ideas ? Thanks!

HP Usb storage Format tool : Error

I have a 2 GB Kingston Usb drive. This is working fine- I am able to format and access from 'My computer' I am trying to format this drive using HP USB Storage format tool to load a bootable image on to the drive, it says "device media is write protected" OS : Windows XP what could be wrong ? I have a dead laptop, Trying to recover data from the Hard drive (Sata2) I tried putting the HD in one similar laptop , it's not recognized I got USB-SATA Adapter and plugged the HD , and still the HD is not recognized can you tell me is there any other possible way to get my data back ?

Keep rows hidden even when a table filter option is selected in Excel2007
