    Data governance,veri ile ilgili islemler için bir sorumluluklar sistemidir. Bu sistemin temelini ise politikalar, standartlar ve prosedürler olusturur. Sistem politikalar, standartlar ve prosedürler sayesinde verinin ne zaman, hangi sartlar altinda, hangi eylemlerde, hangi yöntemler ile kimler tarafindan kullanilacagina karar verir. Sistemin kurumda basarili bir sekilde islemesi için öncelikle kurumda farkindalik saglanmasi gereklidir. Farkindalik saglandiktan sonra ise kurum governance ve mimari kültürünü benimsemelidir. Ancak bu sartlar altinda sistem basarili bir sekilde isleyebilecektir. Bu sebeplerden dolayidir ki data governance kisa bir süreç degil, aksine kurum varligini sürdürdügü sürece isleyecek olan bir süreçtir. Bu durum bize data governance in bir proje degil bir program oldugunu açiklamaktadir. Programin baslangicinda kurumun ihtiyaçlarinin netlesmesi ve farkindaligin saglanmasi temeldir. Hedef kitle ise, veri ile dogrudan ve ya dolayli olarak iliski içerisinde olan herkesdir. Bu sebeple programin baslangicinda hedef kitleyi içeren ekipler ile toplantilar düzenlenecektir. Bu toplantilar sayesinde hem farkindalik saglanacak hemde ekiplerin ihtiyaçlari birebir ekipler tarafindan aktarilarak netlesecektir. Office in planlanmasiyla birlikte süreçteki roller ve bu rollerin sorumluluklari belirlenecektir. Planlama asamasinda Data governance office, roller ve sorumluluklar, güvenlik ve veri saklanan sistemler ele alinacak konulardir. Planlama asamasi tamamlandiginda ise belirlenen ekipler ve ihtiyaçlar dogrultusunda programin isleyis asamasina geçilebilecektir. Isleyis kisminda ekibin ihtiyaçlari dogrultusunda güvenlik konusunda ve veri saklanan sistemler üzerinde çalismalar yapilacaktir. Bu yapilan çalismalar bir süreç olarak dökümante edilecek ve süreç sona erdiginde baska bir ekiple baska bir ihtiyaç dogrultusunda çalisma yapilarak ayni süreç isletilecek ve böylece kurum içesinde ilgili süreçte standartlasma saglanacaktir. Güvenlik konusunda verinin erisim güvenligi ve kullanim güvenligi ele alinacaktir. Veri saklanan sistemler üzerindeki çalismalar ise saklanan sistemlerin program dahilinde belirlenen standartlar ile olusturulmasi ve yönetilmesi saglanacaktir. Isleyis kisminin ardindan ise programin izleme kismina geçilecektir. Bu kisimda artik Data Governance Office olusmus, politikalar, standartlar ve prosedürler belirlenmistir.   • How can I Instal shockwave on Ubuntu

    I got this computer from someone and it had ubuntu installed on it. I like it but I find it complicated and I have been trying to download and every time I try to install something an error comes up Archive: /home/singh/Downloads/Shockwave_Installer_Full.exe [/home/singh/Downloads/Shockwave_Installer_Full.exe] End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive. zipinfo: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/singh/Downloads/Shockwave_Installer_Full.exe or /home/singh/Downloads/Shockwave_Installer_Full.exe.zip, and cannot find /home/singh/Downloads/Shockwave_Installer_Full.exe.ZIP, period. Please help me uninstall ubuntu and get Windows back or help me get these downloads to work.

    i installed mysql mysql-server and mysql-libs ... after installation i thought to start the mysql service using command systemctl start mysqld.service Failed to issue method call: Unit mysqld.service failed to load: Invalid argument. See system logs and 'systemctl status mysqld.service' for details. systemctl status mysqld.service this said that it had an invalid argument then i changed the content of mysqld.service with this File: /etc/systemd/system/mysqld.service [Unit] Description=MySQL database server After=syslog.target After=network.target [Service] User=mysql Group=mysql ExecStart=/usr/sbin/mysqld --pid-file=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid ExecStop=/bin/kill -15 $MAINPID PIDFile=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid # We rely on systemd, not mysqld_safe, to restart mysqld if it dies Restart=always # Place temp files in a secure directory, not /tmp PrivateTmp=true [Install] WantedBy=multi-user.target now i found that the error for invalid argument was resolved and mysqld.service was loaded but not enabled ... using systemctl start mysqld.service worked fine ... it workedddd! but then enabling it systemctl enable mysqld.service or service mysqld start did not do anything but the curdor kept on blinking after i pressed enter ... now the thing is that for this f16 i wasted my HDD space for development work and i cannot figure out a way ... please somebody help

    Hi all, Thru radio button i am selecting the data from gridview. Here all radio buttons are selectable at a time. Actually it should not happen at a time user can select only one button which i could not do. My second problem is when i am selecting particular radiobutton that details should be displayed in text box. I have Itemid, ItemName, Quantity, Rate and Total field in gridview. These values i have inserted thru textbox so i have all the corresponding text box for all. So once i select particular radiobutton those details should be displayed in corresponding textbox. I have done the insertion coding for this but couldn't do selecting thru radiobutton and dispalying in textbox. Pls somebody help me in coding for this problem. Thanks, sumit

  • Why ubuntu 12.04 Operating System too slow..?

    I was using ubuntu 10.10 from last year. every thing was Ok with that. recently I've installed Ubuntu 12.04 in place of 10.10, after installing that on my Dell laptop, I started to feel uncomfortable. It to slow event if you move mouse then its feel like i'll take 1min to move one place 2 another.. I know why this is happening, all because of 12.04 runs my CPU up to 99%-100% all over time. And there are 2-3 processes who use all the cpu.. like 1. System_Monitor 2. compiz I don't know why its use all the CPU even Other app can't able to run .. in Ubuntu 10.10 every think was Ok..     I want to get client machine ip address in my custom Realm when client attempt to login basically here is detail requirement of project User having role 'Admin' can add new users and assign multiple roles and permission ,and at the same time specify list of ip address and countries to restrict them to access website. All these information i am storing in database. So basically till now i am using shiro default 'authc' filter but now i want ip address of client machine and get country from where request is coming and check it against database and then and then only allow access to website.   • Why does my computer just keep restarting while trying to install Ubuntu 13.04 (x86) from USB alongside Windows 7?

    I have checked the other questions, but none of them match my problem (the ones that do don't have satisfactory answers). I downloaded the Ubuntu 13.04 iso and burned it to my USB device following the given instructions. I was also able to boot the Ubuntu setup from it by changing the boot sequence so that the USB device is now at the top. But I am only able to use the "trial" version of Ubuntu. Every time I tick "Install Ubuntu alongside Windows" and click "Continue", the computer just restarts and I see the same Try-Ubuntu-or-install-it menu. I have tried pressing any key when that little icon appears at the bottom, but it is not at all helpful. I also read somewhere that I should eject my USB device after I click "Continue", but doing so just makes the computer run Windows 7 instead.

    Hi All, Is is mandatory to have classpath inside a Manifest file inside the java jar file? can we do work without having the classpath inside it? The reason why I am asking this is because I have a jar file for a server application. When I tried to connect many connections with Server, Server went down and the error was "Too many open files", when searched about it, I found one Sun Bug http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6446657 . For that I have used below command INPUT_FILE_T="SH?*???????????????US.*" grep ${INPUT_FILE_T} PCF_STARHUB_20130625_1 The output of above command is coming as below PCF_STARHUB_20130625_1:SH_5.55916.00.00.100029_20130601_0001_US.csv.gz|349|1700116234 I have two problem in the output, first is, only one entry is showing in output (It should contain two entries) and second problem is, output contains "PCF_STARHUB_20130625_1:" which should not be came. output should come like below SH_5.55916.00.00.100029_20130601_0001_US.csv.gz|349|1700116234 SH_5.55916.00.00.100038_20130601_0001_US.csv.gz|199|2099616349 Is there any technique except grep please let me know. Please help me on this issue.
