Can WD3200AZRX SATA-3 hard drive work on SATA-2?

I know this question is already been asked a lot of times.

I am buying new hard drive today, but I am worrying that it wont work on my motherboard Gigabyte GA-945PL-S3.

I want to buy this hard drive. It's pretty expensive and I don't want to get dissapointed. I can't find any documentation about jumper settings and that's why I am asking this question in this site, I hope somebody helps me.
