    I have two models device and log setup as such: class device(models.Model): name = models.CharField(max_length=20) code = models.CharField(max_length=10) description = models.TextField() class log(model.Model): device = models.ForeignKey(device) date = models.DateField() time = models.TimeField() data = models.CharField(max_length=50) how do I get a list which contains only the most recent record/log (based on time and date) for each device and combine them in the format below: name,code,date,time,data being a Django newbie I would like to implement this using Django's ORM.   • Conditional row coloring in a PocketPyGUI table (PythonCE)

I'm using the gui.Table control to display a large list of choices (addresses, codes and data associated), and I want to assign a different color to the rows that have been completed.   • Can't get the JSONP workin' with WCF Data Services...

    What am I missing here? It seems from all that I read and watched, exposing JSON from a WCF Data Service should be as easy as adding the '[JSONPSupportBehavior]' directive in front of the Service Class. Problem is VS2010 doesn't recognize 'JSONPSupportBehavior'. Is there a reference I am missing? Seemed like, from alll the articles, it was supportted outta the box. TIA S.

    Hi :) I'm developing a .NET app, which needs to run both on Azure and on regular Windows Servers(2003). It needs to store a few GB of data and SQL Azure is too expensive for me, so I'll use Azure tables in the cloud version. Can you recommend a storage solution, which will run on standalone servers and have an API and behavior similar to Azure tables? From what I've seen Server AppFabric does not include Tables. TIA

    1) If I am running a find and replace in SQL 2005 - what would be the regular expression to find tab and space sequences ( or space and tab sequences ) and replace them with just tab? 2) If I have a line which begins with a space - is there a regular expression to convert that leading space to a tab? 3) What would be the regular expression to remove all of the spaces before a CR/LF in a SQL statement?   • Why might my Xcode be crashing (or at least displaying an error on launch)?

    I am getting an error thrown when I launch my Xcode 3.2 all of a sudden: Uncaught Exception: * -[NSCFArray initWithObjects:count:]: attempt to insert nil object at objects[0] I can click through the error and Xcode seems to launch properly. I removed and reinstalled Xcode to no avail, and yet cannot find a config or perference that might be the culprit. I am running on 10.6.3 fwiw.... Has anyone else run into this problkem? TIA!     Hi, I'm learning Ruby, and I'm starting to play with building extensions in C. I have Programming Ruby The Pragmatic Programmers' Guide and so I can follow that for the basic nuts and bolts. What I was wondering is if there already existed some nifty frameworks/whatever to help interoperability between Ruby and other languages, with C++ being the most important for me.     I have read so many places is that if your code is not test-able that mean code is not well written. So that makes me start writing a code that is test-able and to start using some unit testing framework. With this though I start looking for some example with piece of code that is not testable and gradually converted to a testable code. I find tons of examples on unit testing but if someone can provide an example like above it probably can jump start things for me. TIA

    I need a copy of the Myriad-Roman font that is the default font for Adobe Illustrator. I have Illustrator installed but I need to put the font on my sever so my PDF DLL can read the font since my PDF is using that Myriad-Roman font. Please don't get distracted about the PDF part - I just need to know how to find the font wherever Adobe installs it when I install Illustrator (CS5). TIA!

  • Is Spring.Threading.Helpers still supported?

    I am converting some old C# code, and it has a CountDownLatch using a package called Spring.Threading.Helpers. The odd thing is that I can't find this package on Google - so a) is it still supported? And, if so, where is it documented? b) What I really want to do is wait for a count to get to zero, but interrupt every so many msecs. Would it just be simpler to set up another thread, and do WaitOnes on an Event specifying an interval? TIA
