  • HttpOnly cookies on google app engine java

    - by Spines
Anyone know how I can use httponly cookies for sessions and cookies on the app engine? In the javadoc for the Cookie class, http://java.sun.com/javaee/6/docs/api/javax/servlet/http/Cookie.html#setHttpOnly(boolean) , there is a setHttpOnly method. I get a compiler error when trying to use it when developing for app engine though. The method was introduced in the Servlet 3.0 spec, so its pretty new.

    - by numerical25

  • good/full Boot Spirit examples using version 2 syntax

    - by bpw1621
Almost all of the examples I've gone and looked at so far from: http://boost-spirit.com/repository/applications/show_contents.php use the old syntax. I've read and re-read the actual documentation at http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_42_0/libs/spirit/doc/html/index.html and the examples therein. I know Joel is starting a compiler series on the blog http://boost-spirit.com/home/ but that hasn't gotten in full swing yet. Any other resources to see worked examples using some more sophisticated/involved aspects in the context of fully working applications?

  • Objective C: Initalizing static variable with static method call

    - by adranale
The Compiler claims an error saying: "initializer element is not constant", when I try to initialize a static variable inside a method with a call to a static method (with + in its definition). Anyway I can tell him that this method always returns the same value. I know this is not the same as static method, but there seems to be no constant methods in Objective-C (other than macros which won't work here because I am calling UI_USER_INTERFACE_IDIOM() from inside the method).

  • Building DLL via Maven with mojo-native

    - by graham.reeds
I can build a simple dll consisting of a source file, a header file and a definition but now I am progressing beyond a simple toy dll and working towards something more complex. The DLL I am trying to compile has 2 source files, 2 headers and the dreaded stdafx pair. To compile normally you would use /Yc to compile the pch and /Yu to use it. How do you specify that with in the constraints of mojo-native's compiler options?

  • UDK "Error, 'DefaultMesh': Bad command or expression"

    - by Ricket
I'm porting UT3 code to UDK, and I am getting the following compile error with the UDK compiler: C:\UDK\UDK-2010-03\Development\Src\FixIt\Classes\ZPawn.uc(25) : Error, 'DefaultMesh': Bad command or expression The ZPawn class extends UTPawn. Line 25 is the following: DefaultMesh = SkeletalMesh(DynamicLoadObject(ZBotOwner(Owner).MeshToUse, class'SkeletalMesh')); Where did DefaultMesh go in UDK?

  • MXMLC and 64bit JRE

    - by sascha
Are there any workarounds to get the Flex compiler to work with a 64bit JRE? If I use an MXMLC task in an Ant buildfile in Eclipse it works fine but if I try to use MXMLC from the command line (or try the Run... command from FDT in Eclipse) it fails, telling me ... "Error loading: C:\Program Files\Java\jrrt-1.6.0\jre\bin\jrockit\jvm.dll" (this is with a 64bit JRockit runtime but that shouldn't matter).

  • Simple subclass mappable class in lift

    - by coubeatczech
Hi, is there any way how to easy subclass a Mapped class in lift framework? class One extends LongKeyedMapper[One] with IdPK{ object sharedField extend MappedString(this) } class Two extends One[*]{ ... } *and now I can't hint the compiler because One is not defined generic. So this doesn't work, what is the right way?

  • googletest and EXPECT_THROW weirdness

    - by thumper
I have a class that has no default constructor, but the construct may throw. I was wanting to have a test like: EXPECT_THROW(MyClass(param), std::runtime_error); But the compiler, g++, complains that there is no default constructor for Myclass. However the following: EXPECT_THROW(MyClass foo(param), std::runtime_error); Works, and the test passes as expected. Why though won't googletest accept the temporary object?

  • Visual studio - precompile - dotless

    - by Pickels
I wonder if there is a way to precompile *.less files(http://www.dotlesscss.com/) with visual studio. The site gives me a dotless.compiler.exe but I am not sure how to hook this up to visual studio. I am looking for a solution for both Webforms and Mvc. Friendly Greetings, Pickels

  • scala integer weirdness

    - by williamstw
Suppose you inadvertently use Integer instead of Int, as in this code: import scala.collection.mutable.Map val contributors = Map[String,Integer]() val count = contributors.getOrElseUpdate("john",0) contributors.put("john",count+1) println(contributors) Compiler output: (fragment of test.scala):7: error: type mismatch; found : Int(1) required: String contributors.put("john",count+1) ^ Why "required: String"?

  • Missing AVFoundation.framework

    - by Alex
Hi, AVFoundation.framework is not where the documentation says it should be. I have iPhone SDK 2.2 installed (never had previous sdk versions installed) and I can't find that folder under /System/Library/Frameworks I did find it under /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS2.2.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/ folder but if I add it from that location, then the compiler can't find the header files. I tried copying the entire AVFoundation.framework folder to /System/Library/Framework, but it still can't find the header files. How can I use AVFoundation classes? Thanks, Alex
