• How to create layout for tower made of blocks

  I have a tower built from blocks like this : Whole Tower is an array of Towers. Each Tower contains Box[] array containing single Box'es.What layout should I use for this and can you give me any tips on how to create it ? Would it be easier if I would create Grid[][] containing Box'es? But I guess I can't store Box object inside Grid array. I'm just totally confused :/

  I would like to show / hide certain fields in my Drupal view accordingly to the user role. Provided I can only have this view to work with, how can I achieve this programmatically or there's some settings that I am not aware of in Drupal. P/S: I am aware of the access settings under basic settings in View but that would restrict access to the whole view, not field level.

  Hi there, I have a whole bunch of mavenised projects, and I want to check that each project has the correct version of a parent pom. One way could be to checkout each project in turn, and then have a script that reads the parent section. Or is these some way of determining this from looking at the repository? • How can I get a string[] of all different values of a list?

  I have a class that has an list<Book> in it, and those Book objects has many many properties. string Subject is one of those properties. I'd like to get an string[] type value that will include all different subjects from all over the list. Is there an elegant way to do it, or I'll have to scan the whole list and enter each subject to it, then remove duplicates?

• Copying eclipse projects through command line?

  Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to copy an existing project into a new, created workspace on the fly? I can create the workspace already through command line. I am thinking I either need to copy the whole project into another workspace (possible through command line?) or create a new project and copy the .classpath and .project folders. The .so are built on gcc 4.1 on RedHat linux. The s.so is compiled against a.so and b.so with -Bstatic and --no-whole-archive option.

  I have a NSTextField and I want to set its content if I klick on a button and than set the cursor on this textfield at the end of the text so if someone klicks the button he could just begin to type. Until now I use [NSTextField selectText] it selects this textfield but it selects the whole text so if someone just begins to type he'd lose all the text which alread is in the textfield.

• loading crystal report in windows xp

  I have prepared a wpf application using visual studio 2010 in windows 7 which includes crystal report viewer. I tried to run the application on another windows 7 pc with CR runtime installed, it worked properly. I tried the same thing with windows xp but everytime the crystal report loads it gives an unhandled exception and the whole app stops working and closes. what to do in this case? or give me some suggestions how to make work with window-XP

Thus, before creating whole framework for this, I'd like to know, if a D3DImage used within a WPF window will cause alike problems with overlay and sizing as described in the WindowsFormsHost doc?   I don't have multiple threads or anything like that, and I thought select() was non-blocking, however, as I add more items to an array used as the IO object, and using select(), after about 1000~ items in the array (with some interaction on them).. the whole script exits with a deadlock / fatal error...   I need to source some graphics/icons for my application I'm writing (Windows WinForms). I need graphics for toolbar buttons, icons for form headers and graphics for wizard dialog boxes. As a last resort I'm willing to create them myself - a move that might make them (and my whole application) look amazingly bad. What are some good sources (free or not) where I can get these kinds of programmer icons? I'd like the icons to be at least 32x32 256 color.

• Drupal 7: Create a taxonomy term for each node and use the node title as the term name

  Is there anyway of doing this by using rules or by some custom code? I did try using rules but I can't find a way of adding a new term and set the name as the node title because the [node:title] token is not avilable. I know this is possible using the NAT module but the way this module changes the taxonomy terms hierarchy if you add a term reference field that uses the same taxonomy vocabulary which ruins the whole purpose of what I am trying to do.

• delete the 'target' directory after build

  hi, i know this is probably frowned upon by maven lovers, but the whole 'target' directory is a waste of space in the context of our program and it's deployment. we have other build processes responsible for creating the actual deployment and i currently manually delete the target dir after every maven build, so that its contents don't interfere with my file searches etc... is there a way to delete this dir automatically at the end of a maven build/install? thanks, p.

  I am adding twitter oauth login to my site . and so far i got it to work using oauth. however every time i login i go through the whole authorization process. ( the prompt that allows the user to request or deny the application) is there a way to by pass that once the user has authorized the app?
