  Eclipse allows us to define a class as: interface MyInterface { void methodA(); int methodB(); } class A : MyInterface { MyInterface myInterface; } and then with this "Generate delegate methods", it will implement all needed methods for the interface, redirecting their logic to myInterface's methods: class A : MyInterface { MyInterface myInterface; public void methodA() { myInterface.methodA(); } public int methodB() { return myInterface.methodB(); } } Is it possible to accomplish the same with VS2010?   Our one and only enterprise application suite has been developed over last 3 years using C# 2.0 on .Net 3.0. We use winforms and WCF heavily. The development tools is VS 2005 Pro / TFS 2005 / Resharper 3.1 As technical lead I obviously understand the benefits in a move to C#3.0 and .Net 3.5. But I want to convince management for a move to C#3.0, .Net 3.5, VS 2008 and TFS 2008. They will obviously be interested in things like productivity, cost, quality etc. Please suggest me some ideas on how best to make my case. Given that this may not happen till mid next year am I better off to hold till VS 2010 and .Net 4.0 is out.

Problem is I am getting different values in the following code for statement 1 and 2. • Server.transfer causing HttpException

  I am developing a C#/SQL ASP.NET web application in VS 2008. Currently I am using the Server.Transfer method to transfer control from one ASPX.CS file to another ASPX file. The first time through, this works. But after control is transferred to this new file it encounters a condition: if (restart == false) { where "restart" is a boolean variable. After this statement it immediately transfers control back to the same ASPX.CS file and tries to reexecute the Server.Transfer method. This time it gives me the following exception and stack trace. I don't know anything about VFP in particular, but as it is SQL, there should be a way of opening an SQL console, or maybe an vfpdump utility. How can I do that? Everything I have now are a bunch of obscure binary files and a frontend executable.
