    Can someone please help me create a stored procedure to insert a new customer from a web form. I am having difficulty making the state a drop down list for customer to pick a state from the list and having that inserted into the database. They are all inside /wp-content/, but with variable server paths. I'm looking only for those inside the plugins folder, grab the plugin folder name and the filename.     I used a dataset to store 15 tables that I need at the time of loading. When i filled all the tables using stored procedure it returns me all the table but name of the table doesn't comes as that of actual table name in a database. It takes all the table with table name as Table1, Table2, Table3... I want them to be with the name as they actually are in table.     Hello guys, Just got query regarding c malloc() function. I am read()ing x number of bytes from a file to get lenght of filename, like ' read(file, &namelen, sizeof(unsigned char)); ' . The variable namelen is a type unsigned char and was written into file as that type (1 byte). Now namelen has the lenght of filename ie namelen=8 if file name was 'data.txt', plus extra /0 at end, that working fine. Now I have a structure recording file info, ie filename, filelenght, content size etc. struct fileinfo { char *name; ...... other variable like size etc }; struct fileinfo *files; Question: I want to make that files.name variable the size of namelen ie 8 so I can successfully write the filename into it, like ' files[i].name = malloc(namelen) ' However, I dont want it to be malloc(sizeof(namelen)) as that would make it file.name[1] as the size of its type unsigned char. I want it to be the value thats stored inside variable &namelen ie 8 so file.name[8] so data.txt can be read() from file as 8 bytes and written straight into file.name[8? Is there a way to do this my current code is this and returns 4 not 8 files[i].name = malloc(namelen); //strlen(files[i].name) - returns 4 //perhaps something like malloc(sizeof(&namelen)) but does not work Thanks for any suggestions Have tried suggested suggestions guys, but I now get a segmentation fault error using: printf("\nsizeofnamelen=%x\n",namelen); //gives 8 for data.txt files[i].name = malloc(namelen + 1); read(file, &files[i].name, namelen); int len=strlen(files[i].name); printf("\nnamelen=%d",len); printf("\nname=%s\n",files[i].name); When I try to open() file with that files[i].name variable it wont open so the data does not appear to be getting written inside the read() &files[i].name and strlen() causes segemntation error as well as trying to print the filename

  • What is the easiest way to generate a Valid x:Name?

    I am generating some Xaml based on some other source of input. In some cases I am generating x:Name values but they have invalid characters. I found this article on MSDN: XamlName Grammar Which describes the grammar of a x:Name tag but doesn't tell me how to actually apply this. Clearly there is some code to validate this name at runtime but what is the easiest way to actually fix up a string with invalid characters?

    Hey everyone, I have an ANT build that I need to setup so on deployment of the .war a certain file will be placed in a specific location. Currently my ant builds the war as follows... <target name="war" depends="jar"> <war destfile="${deploy}/file.war" webxml="${web-inf}/web.xml"> <fileset dir="${WebRoot}"> <include name="**/*.vm" /> <include name="**/*.js" /> <include name="**/*.jsp" /> <include name="**/*.html" /> <include name="**/*.css" /> <include name="**/*.gif" /> <include name="**/*.jpg" /> <include name="**/*.png" /> <include name="**/*.tld" /> <include name="**/applicationContext*.xml" /> <include name="**/jpivot/**" /> <include name="**/wcf/**" /> <include name="**/platform/**" /> <include name="**/Reports/**" /> </fileset> <lib dir="${web-inf.lib}" /> </war> </target> The file I need is called Scriptlet.class and it needs to be in WebRoot/WEB-INF/classes/ I've tried several things to get this to work and have yet to find one that works... if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it!

    TLDR When clicking on a link I want to assign a cookie with a name of instrument and a value of the text on the link clicked. Using Jquery.1.4.2.min.js, Jquery.cookie.1.0.js I am trying to create a cookie when a link is clicked (will always link to "page.html"). name of instrument value of the TEXT So far I am trying to use: Link1: <a href="page.html">link1</a> Link2: <a href="page.html">link2</a> Script: $('a[href=page.html]').click(function() { var name = 'instrument'; var value = $(this).text(); $.cookie(name, value, { expires: 365 }); }); When I click the link it just loads the link and no cookie is set. Debugging with firebug, firecookie, firequery. No cookie for instrument or anything along the lines is found. Onload I'll hit the "<a href="page.html">projects</a>" but not the "$.cookie(name, value, { expires: 365 });" at all.

    I was trying pick a name for an interface through which I can pass something into an object like: If the object is INeedX then SetX(some x) method will be called; If the object is INeedY then SetY(some y) method will be called; and so on. (funny as hell, I know :) ) I try to find a different name for this kind of interfaces but I can't figure this out. Does anybody have an idea how to name the INeedSomething interface ?

  • How can I fix Grails error: "No domain class found for name PrivacyOptions. Please try again and e

    I'm just getting started with Groovy/Grails. I added a new domain controller to my project, and generate-controller doesn't like it. There are other indications something's wrong: If I run the app no table is actually created in the database for this. I've reduced the DomainController to one String field and no constraints, just to make sure there wasn't something wrong with my specification. I also tried renaming it, just in case there was something about the original name (Privacy) that conflicted with something. I'm sure I have the correct name, and that the file is called PrivacyOptions.groovy and inside the class is also called PrivacyOptions. Here's the error: Running script /opt/local/grails/scripts/GenerateController.groovy Environment set to development Domain class not found in grails-app/domain, trying hibernate mapped classes... No domain class found for name PrivacyOptions. Please try again and enter a valid domain class name

    I'm trying to clone a local git repository. The repository's name contains a `:'. This is confusing both me and git. I get the following error: ~/work/c% git clone ../a::b . Initialized empty Git repository in /home/user/work/c/.git/ ssh: Could not resolve hostname ../a: Name or service not known fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly How would you escape the `:'? For now I'm just changing the name of the original repository :-) I'm using zshell...
