    Hi, I have been developing web applications for a while now. My applications have been fairing poorly in search engine results because of the dynamic links that my websites generate. I admire the way some developers do their mod_rewrite to produce something like: http://www.mycompany.com/accommodation/europe/ to run a substitute of "index.php?category_id=2&country=23" How can I achieve that in my urls?     I am in the process of setting up a new server which I share with 2 colleagues. Is it possible to get a folder structure into IIS7 at all (in the MMC) so we can keep our sites seperate? In the IIS7 management console I would like a set of folders foreach of my colleagues so that each of our websites are within their own sub folder.

    I have a website where I need to have data that is ID'd by user. For example, they enter their favorite food: userid favorite food ------ ------------- 1 french fries 2 tacos 3 fish sticks 4 chipotle When I use Facebook Authentication, what identifier will I use for the userid? I'm assuming it's not name, since this would create duplicates. Is it just the person's Facebook ID? Also is the correct API to use for 3rd party websites 'Facebook Connect' or 'Facebook Authorization' or something else?

    I have a JavaScript widget that is hosted on websites. This widget tracks state in a number of variables in its local namespace. Moreover, it attaches listeners for several events, such as mouse movement. Should I explicitly destroy both state-tracking variables and detach event listeners on window unload? Or is it ok to rely on the browser to do a good job of cleaning up after the user leaves the page that hosts my widget?
