  hey all i am using lightbox to show an enlarge image of the thumbnail images, where in each enlarged image there is a submit button, when that button is clicked it addes to jcart and refreshes the pages, for demo please visit secure.sabayafrah.com username = mahmud password = mahmud now as you can see when you click at the thumbnail lightbox well show you an enlarge image in a bubble, where there is an submit image below the enlarged image if it was clicked it must add to cart and not refresh the page. i am using jcart as add to cart and lightbox to enlarge the images i asked so many people and all suggested that i use jquery live but i never used ajax so i am stuck here is it possible if yes is their a demo or a code well do this feature

• How to find the largest square in the number (Java)

  Hello everyone, I want to find the largest square in the number, but I am stuck at some point. I would really appreciate some suggestions. This is what I've done so far: I take the number on the input, factorize into prime numbers, and put the sequence of prime numbers to ArrayList. Numbers are sorted, in a sense, thus the numbers in the sequence are increasing. For example, 996 is 2 2 3 83 1000 is 2 2 2 5 5 5 100000 is 2 2 2 2 2 5 5 5 5 5 My idea now is to count number of occurrences of each elements in the sequence, so if the number of occurrences is divisible by two, then this is the square. In this way, I can get another sequence, where the right most element divisible by two is the largest square. What is the most efficient way to count occurrences in the ArrayList? Or is there any better way to find the largest square? Many thanks in advance!

• Can i configure emacs to use gdb like a graphical debugger?

  I'm pretty sure that this how other IDE's do it, e.g. on windows eclipse uses the output of gdb from MinGW (the windows port of GNU toolchain) to map where execution is in the source code and what values variables hold, etc. I'm stuck using gdb via a script that prepares our application in a chroot and does some other bootstrap for debug purposes. Once the script starts moving, the output is all gdb. Is there any way that I can configure emacs so that it will use gdb's output and allow for a sort of graphical debugger, comparable to that of eclipse or ms visual studio?

• O(N log N) Complexity - Similar to linear?

  Hey All, So I think I'm going to get buried for asking such a trivial but I'm a little confused about something. I have implemented quicksort in Java and C and I was doing some basic comparissons. The graph came out as two straight lines, with the C being 4ms faster than the Java counterpart over 100,000 random integers. The code for my tests can be found here; android-benchmarks I wasn't sure what an (n log n) line would look like but I didn't think it would be straight. I just wanted to check that this is the expected result and that I shouldn't try to find an error in my code. I stuck the formula into excel and for base 10 it seems to be a straight line with a kink at the start. Is this because the difference between log(n) and log(n+1) increases linearly? Thanks, Gav

  I just started using IBM Worklight 5.0. I have been going through the HTTP Adapters recently and have successfully been able to Run as "Invoke Worklight Procedure". But I am stuck with the Adapter execution in the App. To my knowledge I think this is some kind of security issue where the client request to Worklight Server is unauthorized (401). Can any tell me or refer to some blog/website where there are steps to overcome this problem? I already got some of the websites but at this moment I am really confused on how to use them.

• [java] Threading socket handler for two sided communication in tcp port

  I want to make a chat which will be programed in java. one computer will host the server and the other one will initiate the socket [tcp port]. now from what I read there should be a loop that will constantly read the socket which means it will make the code stuck. I have a button that is 'actionperformed' on mouse release, I want to know if it will work along with the loops that constantly reads the socket so that it will also send the infromation I wrote. If I must thread it, I want to know if the run() method must be void because if I thread it it will mean creating a new class, and the whole GUI is one big class which includes a text area, and it's private. also how can I extract the information from the socket directly to the text area? lets say the textarea variable is called "chatOutput". thx :)

  I've been stuck on something for the past day. I'm building a RoR bot, and part of it involves signing up for an email account with mail.com. I've automated all the filling out of the form, apart from the captcha (Recaptcha). I'll be using the deathbycaptcha Ruby gem. However, in order to have the captcha solved, I'll need to get either its ID or its URL. While this shows up when I "enable form details" with the Firefox Web Developer toolbar, it doesn't seem to be in the source. How can I find it out? I'm using Watir. Thanks! Joe

• Escaping and unescaping a string with single and double quotes in Javascript

  I have a search box that a user can search for any string including single AND double quotes, once they have searched, the backend is passing the keyword back to me so I can put it back in the box. I don't know what the string is so I can't escape quotes myself, below is an example: var keyword = "hello"; $("#selectionkeywords").val(); The issue I am having is that if the user enters "hello" the keyword becomes ""hello"" and I get this error: missing ) after argument list [Break On This Error] jQuery("#selectionkeywords").val(""hello""); The user could also enter single quotes so that rules it out as well. I tried using escape unescape but I still have the same issue e.g. escape(""hello"") I could get the value in an unescaped format e.g. "hello" but I don't know what to do with it, escape doesn't work on it I end up with this %26%23034%3Bhello%26%23034%3B So I'm pretty much stuck at the moment as I can't do anything to the string, any ideas?

What is the best way to parse the elements of this string (workarea and sub) without messing about with string manipulation? If I use HttpUtility.ParseQueryString is gets stuck as both elements include &. However if I encode the whole thing first I lose the seperations of the elements.   I have recently started working with microarray datasets and am trying to get my hands on R. I wish to make some plots out of my result data, but however I am stuck at the following. I have the following data (myData), cpg samp1 samp2 samp3 cpg1 0.43 0.32 0.21 cpg2 0.43 0.22 1.00 cpg3 0.11 0.99 0.78 cpg4 0.65 0.32 0.12 cpg5 0.11 0.43 0.89 And I wish to obtain a density plot for this, I did the following, plot (density(MyData$samp1), col="red") lines (density(MyData$samp2), col="green") lines (density(MyData$samp3), col="blue") But doing this does not give me correct plots, because not all sample curves fit within the plot limits. I did try looking for answers, but honestly i am still not able to work this out. Can you help me know how do i set my scale for the above? Or what additional should I do to the above code, so that all the curves are in range?? I have got many samples, so i need a something that could also automatically assign a different colour curve for each of my sample, after scaling it right. Thanks in advance..

  Hi, I am writing a function that takes a string, string pointer and an int. The function splits the string based on a set of rules and puts each token into an array. I need to return the array out of the function with the number of elements in the int variable etc. I am stuck as to how I return the array as I can not use auto other wise it is destroyed and I am reluctant to use new as I feel this is patchy. I have other ideas on how to go about this but would like to see how other people go about this first. I could also be wrong and it could be possible to pass an auto out of an array. I can also not use vectors so there goes a copy constructor.

  I am using CakePHP 1.2 for building a website. The problem i am facing is when ever a page loads it takes a lot of time in "waiting for www.example.com". The server response time is very slow. First i thot it was my database queries, but they were executing in less than seconds time. Next i also contacted the server people. They told it was not the server.   Hi everyone, I am new to android development. So far I could help myself in all matters by reading threads here on stackoverflow. Now I am stuck and need someones help. Unfortunately I am not allowed to post an image of a screenshot because I am a new mamber, so I try to descripe it. I have a Samsung Galasy S and the clock app that ships with it has an button called "+ Create alarm". I want to create a similar button for my app. I've been experimenting with ImageButton. I do know how to get that "+"-Icon onto an ImageButton, but only centered and without text. I guess this is a custom button. Does anyone know how to do this? Can I do it in xml or do I need to extend the view-class and make it my own view?

• Get text when enter is pressed in a text box in wxPython

  I have a (single line) TextCtrl. The user types data into this. When they press enter, the contents of the box need to be extracted so they can be processed. I can't figure out how to catch enter being pressed. According to the docs, with the style wx.TE_PROCESS_ENTER set on my TextCtrl, it should generate a wx.EVT_COMMAND_TEXT_ENTER event when enter is pressed in the box, which I could then catch. However, wx.EVT_COMMAND_TEXT_ENTER seems not to exist (I get "module has no attribute EVT_COMMAND_TEXT_ENTER), so I'm a bit stuck. Googling just gets a couple of hits of people complaining wx.EVT_COMMAND_TEXT_ENTER doesn't work, so I guess I need another way of doing it.

• New to Drupal -- how should I create a main page with a mix of dynamic and static content?

  I apologize for the terribly basic question but I'm not even a particularly adept web dev. I've read that Drupal is great if you know exactly what you want to do (then the API is handy) but I don't even know what I need yet. That is what I am hoping to gain from this discussion. I want a main content page which has a fancy content slider (using jQuery or something) which will be a selector for showing some basic information on these 2 or 3 subjects. I'm stuck on where I should be writing this mix of markup. In the template? Create "content" through a content type? Since there's a fair share of CSS and markup required to do this, I don't know if I can do that through the "basic page" content type that was there. I'm looking for pointers that can teach me how I would become aware of what Drupal can and can not do. Thanks for reading, let me know if I need to clarify anything.

I'm always wary of using clone() and it doesn't seem to have been overridden here, so I'm just doing the copy field by field. Ideally, there'd be a copy constructor, which I could use like so: GregorianCalendar newCalendar = new GregorianCalendar(oldCalendar); Unfortunately I can't find any such functionality in the API and am stuck trying to figure out which fields I need to get an exact copy. So, to make a copy of one of these calendars, how would you do it? Am I missing some simple shortcut here?
