  Hallo everybody, Can someone help me out of my situation, im searching for a instrucior that implements the JMP (Jump) instructior like in Assembler.   How can I implement in haskell the following: I receive an input file from the command line. This input file contains words separated with tabs,new lines and spaces.I have two replace this elements(tabs,new lines and spaces) with comma(,) .Observation:more newlines,tabs,spaces will be replaced with a single comma.The result has to be write in a new file(output.txt). Please help me with this.My haskell skills are very scarse.   Hi, I want to create a button which resize dynamically with content. to achieve this, I created a MovieClip in library and added four layers into it namely - text, bg, shadow and border. Problem I'm having is, if I make textfield autosize, only textfield resizes and others stuff remain as it is. if I calculate width required using xxxLineMetrics function and apply it to Button, background resizes properly but textfield also stretches with them and looks ugly. I want backgrounds(sibling of textfield) resize properly with textfield so button looks nice with resized background and normal autosized textfield. I hope u guys got what I want...any help appreciated... Thanks,

I also use id() function to find t2.derived_val and t2.class.derived_val have different memory address. My problem is derived_val is class attribute. Why it is different in above example? Is it because the instance of class copy its own derived_val beside the class attribute?

• Using SHIFT_JIS text in PHP

  I am building a form that needs to accept characters encoded in SHIFT_JIS and then send those results via email to a recipient. I've tried to simply capture the results from the $_POST variable and then to insert them into a block of text like this: $contents = <<<TEST Name: $NameJp ... TEST but that doesn't appear to work (which doesn't really surprise me). This is my first attempt at dealing with non-ASCII characters in PHP and I am hoping that people might have some suggestions. Perhaps I am missing a simple function to encode the text. Also, are there any other potential pitfalls that I might encounter? Thanks.

I want to export all the products and their SKU's into excel. • controling individual pins on a serial port

  I know that serial ports work by sending a single stream of bits in serial. I can write programs to send and receive data from that one pin. However, there are a lot more other pins on the serial port connection that normal aren't used but from documentation all seem to have some sort of function for signalling as opposed to data transfer. Is it possible in any way to cause the other pins that are not used for direct data transfer to be controlled individual? If so, how would i go about doing that?

  In my program I have a table that, when loaded, has jQuery add some styles/classes to the table cells and table headers. Everything works fine until rows are added via functionality on the rest of the page. Instead of adding the classes to the table cell during addition, is it possible to "listen" or fire some event that checks to see if child elements were added to the table. Essentially, I want something functionally equivalent to this: $("#table td").live("ready", function(){ // do something }); but the live/ready won't work on a table cell... Any ideas?

  I was searching through for a way to copy/delete directory trees... dired seems to have dired-copy-file-recursive (though sans documentation) and a search on 'recursive' also returns: tramp-handle-dired-recursive-delete-directory is a compiled Lisp function in `tramp.el'. (tramp-handle-dired-recursive-delete-directory FILENAME) Recursively delete the directory given. This is like `dired-recursive-delete-directory' for Tramp files. But I can't find dired-recursive-delete-directory anywhere! Anyone know what's going on? Thanks ~

  Hi, I have to write a macro that get as parameter some variable, and for each two sequential bits with "1" value replace it with 0 bit. For example: 10110100 will become 10000100. And, 11110000-00000000 11100000-100000000 I'm having a troubles writing that macro. I've tried to write a macro that get wach bit and replace it if the next bit is the same (and they both 1), but it works only for 8 bits and it's very not friendly... P.S. I need a macro because I'm learning C and this is an exercise i found and i couldn't solve it myself. i know i can use function to make it easily... but i want to know how to do it with macros.   Let's say I do this: $("#content").load(...); Within what I'm loading some javascript is included: var myCounter = 0; var myInterval = setInterval(function(){ myCounter++; $("#counter-display").html("Count: "+myCounter); }); For an unknown reason, if I reload the content with $("#content").load(...); - myInterval is now being called twice. I tried doing something like: if (myInterval !== undefined){ //dont set interval again } However, it doesn't work. Does anyone know any method so that myInterval is cleared on .load, without needing to put the javascript outside of the loaded file?

• How do I track images embedded in HTML?

  Hi, I'd like to track the views/impressions of images on web pages, but still allow the images to be embedded in HTML, like in the "img src="http://mysite.com/upload/myimage.jpg"/" element. I know in Windows I can write a handler for ".jpg" so the URL will actually trigger a handling function instead of loading the images from disk. Is it possible to do that in python/django on Ubuntu server? Can web browser still cache the jpg files if it is not a straight file path? It looks to me that this is how google picasaweb handles the image file name. I'd like to get some ideas on how to implement that. Thanks! -Yi

I suppose I am effectively testing whether it matches the regular expression ^[[:alnum:] ]+$ but without using regular expressions.   Using the jQuery $.post function, if you send a null value, it arrives at the server side as "null". Example: Javascript: $.post('test.php', { foo : null }); PHP: var_dump($_POST['foo']); // string(4) "null" I understand why this is so, but was wondering the best way to work around the limitation? Should you: Loop through all the variables in JS before you send them and replace with an empty string? Interpret "null" as null on the server side? Don't send the variable at all? Something else?
