However this requires knowing the symbol "SDL_Init" exists. Is it possibly to query a library for all its symbols? Eg, in this case it would return SDL_Init, the function pointer, and any other symbols exported by libSDL.so.

But I would like to add a per class debugging: Set a macro to the desired level of debug, have a macro or a function that knows the level of debug, and use qDebug() or qWarning() which is class independant, and will know the current class's name (for some pretty prints) Anyone have a good idea to implement this ?

Once the task is completed i want to dispose of the class loader. I tried doing that by setting the reference to null. But this does not garbage collect the class loader.   I'm trying to use the sample code here: I went to "Add Reference" dialog and added "Microsoft Word 12 library", but it doesn't appear in the Solution Explorer. I also added: using Microsoft.Office; I get the following error message when trying to declare a "Word" object. Error 1: The type or namespace name 'Word' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) Any suggestions on how to properly reference the Word library?

  I've got my auth library in codeigniter which accesses the database to check to see if the email/password combination is correct. If I'm sticking to the MVC practice, should I move the function that interacts with the database to my model, or is it best practice to leave it where it is so I can use it in the future? Doesn't make much difference to me, other than the fact I'd have to re-write the library and create the function in my model, but if that's the way it should be then so be it.

  Hi to all. I need a free library (or not too expensive) for .NET to work with the excel document. I need to read data, modify, save and add charts into the document. Or in another way, I need a free library for creating and inserting charts into the excel document (only for charts). I have found FlexCel and SmartXLS, but FlexCel doesn't support the charts (can't create), while SmartXLS has a small functionality. Thanks for any help.
