  When I send text to my DLL and receive it as char*, something strange happens; if the text is less than 13 characters or greater than 77 characters the text returned is rubbish!   I am trying to view camera feed from a Logitech9000 camera using DSVL(DirectShow Video Library) http://sourceforge.net/projects/dsvideolib/.   Trying to serialize an XmlDocument to file. The XmlDocument is rather large; however, in the debugger I can see that the InnerXml property has all of the XML blob in it -- it's not truncated there. Here's the code that writes my XmlDocument object to file: // Write that string to a file. var fileStream = new FileStream("AdditionalData.xml", FileMode.OpenOrCreate, FileAccess.Write); xmlDocument.WriteTo(new XmlTextWriter(fileStream, Encoding.UTF8) {Formatting = Formatting.Indented}); fileStream.Close(); The file that's produced here only writes out to line like 5,760 -- it's actually truncated in the middle of a tag! Anyone have any ideas why this would truncate here?

• Getting error when compiled Http webrequest

  i have written a program to search value from google every thing works fine but first time when page is loaded then i encounter error.after words if i click any link it is working fine no errors further. • SQL Insert multilingual characters

  I am trying to create a table in my MS SQL database for Languages. I want to store an English name of Language and a local name of language in the database. i.e. Language, Language(local) English, English German, Deutsch Italian, Italiano Japanese, ??? ... ... I have 279 languages that I want to import, but when I import it shows '?????' for some like japanese, Russian and arabic etc The database Collation is Latin1_General_CI_AS. I would also like advise on multilingual websites; if i have a database of product descriptions and I want to have translation in multiple languages, should I go for separate databases or Can I have translation in one databse? (I prefer not to duplicate data!). Anything else to make sure users are able to write comments in different languages (char encoding on web?) and can be stored in database.

• FishEye REST API get reviews for changeset

  I am trying to get list of reviews for specific changeset using FishEye REST API. Here is my URL: http://fisheye.company.com/rest-service-fe/search-v1/reviewsForChangesets/NameOfRepository/ I am posting it using fiddler composer with following request body: cs=16964 Here is my response: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="true"?> <reviewsForChangesets> <changesets> <changeset> <reviews/> <changesetId>16964</changesetId> </changeset> </changesets> </reviewsForChangesets> As you can see it has no reviews information. However if I go to following url I can see that 16964 changeset has reviews assigned to it: http://fisheye.company.com/changelog/NameOfRepository?cs=16964 I also tried to use: http://fisheye.company.com/rest-service-fe/search-v1/reviewsForChangeset/NameOfRepository/ I got the same response. Am I missing something?

• Images to video - converting to IplImage makes video blue

  I want to create a video from images using opencv. The strange problem is that if i will write image (bmp) to disk and then load (cv.LoadImage) it it renders fine, but when i try to load image from StringIO and convert it to IplImage, it turns video to blue.
