  • Is there any live video stream editing open source project with API for my needs?

    I need an open source project with an API capable of reading a live video stream (stream codec can be any API can read - I can provide with practically any live streamable one) giving me last image data for some processing (like brightness\contrast or more exotic filtering) being able to receive data I've changed and starting to stream that data on to some http://localhost:port/ in some format I need it to be easily accessible from C# (even better, written in C#).

  • how is this dropdown working ? on selection it displays another record.

    this website here: http://www.offpricecars.com/inventory2.html?F=C when you select a dropdown the record based on your selection is displayed. ive tried copying it to localhost and it wont work. ive also tryed reading its headers and cant seem to figure out how javascript is making the records display on selection. i do understand that its extension isnt really html and might be another but based on how its operating as a html file i cant seem to find anywhere on how its sending the string to show the records. thanks

I create the userdata.php in folder war. then I compile tesdb3 project. Folder tesdb3 and the userdata.php in war moved in local server(I use WAMP). I put the PHP in folder tesdb3.   • Apache server randomly stopped working yesterday. How can I fix it?

    I use Apache version 2.2.11 through WampServer to host a website. Every time during the last week I tried to connect to localhost it went through and everything was fine. Now all of a sudden I get errors. I didn't change the configuration or anything as far as I know, it just stopped working for no apparent reason. As I said before, it's been working fine. Any way I can get it back up and working again?

    Named works great. It creates a pid in /var/run/named/named.pid as expected. It is listening on port 953 as shown by the log: Apr 20 14:42:38 guchuko named[9115]: command channel listening on 127.0.0.1#953 But whenever I try to run "rndc reload" I get: rndc: 'reload' failed: permission denied What file is it being denied permission to ? It doesn't log anything so I don't know why it's not working. In the localhost environment I'm trying to send debug info to the GoogleAppEngineLauncher Log Console via logging.debug(), but it isn't showing up. However, anything sent through, say, logging.info() or logging.error() does show up. I've tried a logging.basicConfig(level=logging.DEBUG) before the logging.debug(), but to no avail. What am I missing?
