  • I am faceing problem with this error of struts application.

    I am using My-eclipse and doing a struts project there is no syntax error but on starting tomcat server the following error appear in console. java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory and javax.servlet.UnavailableException: Parsing error processing resource path jndi:/localhost/strutspro/WEB-INF/struts-config.xml any idea whats the problem.

    I need to implement searching for SD-cards in my program. Currently I'm using search for all removable devices like: searcher = New Management.ManagementObjectSearcher("\\localhost\root\cimv2", "SELECT DeviceId FROM Win32_LogicalDisk WHERE DriveType=2 AND Size>0"); But it find USB flash drives also. Is there a proper way to find SD-cards only? What I need is in general only drive letter for available SD-cards (like "F:" or so).

I have configured my apllication on face book with the url : http://localhost:portnumber/Home/Test?Return="ok" when i run the application then it opened pop up of facebook having two text boexs for user name and password with warning message: "Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration" In my application Test is the name of Action method of controller Please suggest me how to handle this.   • Setting up httpd.conf / mod_rewrite to auto-load codeigniter?

    I'm sorry to ask this here, as I'm sure the solution is fairly easy but for the life of my I can't setup httpd.conf on my apache server to automatically load the code_igniter files. Instead I'm having to go into the folder itself localhost/trunk/etc/etc until I get index.php - which messes with some of the relative paths (our backend coder is gone for the week so I can't ask him, but he has already setup the rewrite rules on our development server).

    I am working on sending and receiving from clients and servers in java, and am stumped at the moment. the client socket is to contact a server at “localhost” port 4321. The client will receive a string from the server and alternate spelling the contents of this string with the server. For example, given the string “Bye Bye”, the client (which always begins sending the first letter) sends “B”, receives “y”, sends “e”, receives “ ”, sends “B”, receives “y”, sends “e”, and receives “done!”, which is the string that either client or server will send after the last letter from the original string is received. After “done!” is transmitted, both client and server close their communications.     This has got me completely foxed for a couple of days now, and I am convinced that I will look stupid once I solve it, but will be even stupider if I don't ask for help now. I have mod_rewrite working successfully on my localhost (no vhosts involved; this is my laptop, my development machine), and I use .htaccess in various directories to help rewrite crufty URLs to clean ones. EXCEPT... it doesn't work in one directory. Since it is impossible to reproduce my entire laptop in this question, I provide the following details. In my httpd.conf, I have mod_rewrite.so loaded. Another confounding issue -- I have turned on RewriteLog in my httpd.conf with RewriteLogLevel 3, but my rewrite_log is completely empty. I know this is hard to trouble shoot unless sitting physically at the computer in question, but I hope someone can give me some indication as to what is going on. **Update: ** There are no aliases involved anywhere. This is my laptop, and everything is under the above stated Document Root, so I just access each directory as http://localhost/. Yes, typos are a big possibility (I did say that I will look stupid once I solve it, however, for now, I have not discovered a single typo anywhere, and yes, I have restarted Apache about a dozen times now. I even thought that perhaps I had two different Apaches running, but no, I have only one, the one under /usr/local/apache2, and I installed it myself a while back.

I can connect to it and execute queries without issues, but for some reason, the "Output - JavaDB Database Process" pane within Netbeans keeps displaying Security manager installed using the Basic server security policy. Could not listen on port 1527 on host localhost: java.net.BindException: Address already in use How do I find out what process is already using, or bound to that port? As we know that we should escape '\', so we are using 'zs%5cbbal'. But still the following url is not mapping to this route. //localhost/DoAction/zs%5cbbal/5 When I try simple Id without the escape character, it maps properly. Can anybody tell me where I am going wrong?

    I have installed Oracle 11gR2 on my machine, now when i try to connect to it using IP address as 'localhost' or '127.0.0.1' there is no issue, but when I use ip address of machine '192.168.1.6' it throws exception: Io exception: Then Network Adapter could not establish the connection. I have installed ms loopback adapter prior to installation and my machine get IP from DHCP. do i need to configure any setting oracle config or what i might be missing here?

    Hi I have a site that uses flex and calls controller actions which returns json to the flex. This works fine in a dev server , the folder that has the flex app lives inside the web project and in the dev ennvironment, makes calls hostname, ie www.someurl.com in the actual live scenario, this will be an intranet so not hostname to call, the flex app seems to have trouble calling http://localhost/Virtual directory name it seems to totally miss the virtual directory name. I am obviously missing something basic, any help?
