    What is the right/recommended way to develop against of PayPal platform: Use the New PayPal SDK (https://www.x.com/developers/paypal/documentation-tools/paypal-sdk-index) Use the legacy PayPal SDK (which is quite old right now) Just send raw HTTPS requests following NVP protocol (in the end they are just REST-like API), and do not depend on any official API (just depend on the official NVP protocol description) Which one is considered the right way to go?

    How do I install snippets in django? (specifically this) I have the file /{project}/snippets/EnforceLoginMiddleware.py and I have tried any number of permutations inside MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES to load it as well as googling django snippets install to no avail :( Any help would be grateful :) PS(Why can't I find any documentation or examples on the installation of snippets. Maybe I'm just a bad googler)

    i am using amazon simpledb with the aws_sdb gem and aws-sdb proxy as outlined in a documentation from amazon with ruby on rails and a local aws proxy that runs on webrick (providing a bridge with ActiveResource). see http://developer.amazonwebservices.com/connect/entry.jspa?externalID=1242 i am wondering if the aws-sdb-proxy (webrick!) is suitable for high traffic load, since webrick is supposed to be a development server. anyone has comments or experiences?

    I use paypal for my payments. For verification i use IPN. Can i review my INP History in the Paypal Sandbox? At the documentation i see Instant Payment Notification History in the History tab. (https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_admin_IPNOperations) After googling i see "IPN History" chapter in the History tab (http://goo.gl/myZKF) At the real sandbox i don't see any IPN history. The documentation I see on the JBoss wiki makes it look like services have their transport and data interpretation handled by JBoss itself. Is it really the case?     Hi folks, I have a list of usernames on Twitter whose profiles are public. I wish to get "all the tweets" they have posted from the day they formed their profile. I checked Twitter4J examples http://github.com/yusuke/twitter4j/blob/master/twitter4j-examples/src/main/java/twitter4j/examples/GetTimelines.java . According to the Twitter API documentation, only the 20 most recent tweets are returned. Is there anyway I could perform my task?

  • identity specification gap after several operations

    I'm using identity specification for a table of sql server 2012. Let we have two Insert and then two Delete operation. After these operation primary key should start from 1, but it will start from 3. I'm worry about this problem causing no place for inserting new item after long time. Does "Sql-server 2012" fill these gaps by itself? If it is possible, please refer me a documentation ( for example from microsoft)

    Hi All, I've been looking but can't find the the documentation: Is there a way to have a page render a response without the wrapping HTML elements and just print whatever is provided in the body of the tml or alternatively whatever is set in MarkupWriter.write during @BeginRender? I need a page that does some server side processing and returns pure javascript for an external application to request. If that is impossible, is it possible to expose the tapestry Ioc to a servlet in the same app? Thanks, p.

  • Cocoa equivalent of diskEvt/kEventClassVolume?

    We have a drop-down menu of volumes in our UI, and I'd like to update it when a new disk is mounted. In the Classic days, this would involve watching for a diskEvt event. In Carbon, I think this was kEventClassVolume. What's the Cocoa equivalent? (A pointer into Apple's documentation on this would satisfy the question. I've been unable to find anything!)

  • cleaning up expired sessions with a custom SessionStateStoreProvider

    I'm implementing my own SessionStateStoreProvider with a schemaless database. It's a little hard to tell from the documentation but it seems as though I will have to have a separate process for cleaning up expired sessions since the database will not have a way to notify the session state store that a session has expired. Am I wrong about this? I haven't seen an alternative example for overriding the SetItemExpireCallback method.
