What should be the effect of the HAVING clause here?

Suppose there is Adam as author of works in all tables. So when i put Adam in search box it should result from all tables. I know this can be done by having single table or renaming fields names but that's not required. Please help.

  Is it possible to deceive SQL Server to return a different date on GetDate() without actually changing the machine date? This would be great, since we have a database with old data and I'm trying to test some queries that use getdate(). I can change my machine date but that brings some other problems with other applications... Any tips? Thanks!

• XCode Obj-C: Make new NSArray from one key each out of an Array of Dictionaries

  This actually could be a multipart question. But here's the first part ... I have an array (actually in a plist) of dictionaries. Each dictionary has 3 keys in it: (title), (points), and (description). I am trying to make a NEW array with the values of the key "title" from each dictionary in that first array. Let me explain WHY I am doing this and maybe that will provide a better all around explanation. I am trying to let people pick from a pre-determined list. Heck, if this was a web page it would be very simple since all I really care about are the "points" and the "Title". On a web site I could simply do a drop down combo-box with the "points" being the value and the title being the text for each row. But this is not a web page. So what I am trying to do here is pop out a modal picker when they click the text field. The modal picker shows the alphabetical ordered "titles" from our new array. And whichever one they select, it closes the modal view and assigns that "title" text to the UITextField which cannot be edited by the user. I have some code to get my modal picker to pop out. But I need to feed it an array of just the "titles" of each dictionary in my real array. Thanks in advance (and yes I am a newbie)

It has a bug. It will omit those FundingId for which the minimum WorkList date is less than latest Letter date (even though it has another worklist with greater than letter created date).   I am attempting to replace all records for a give day in a certain table. The table has a composite primary key comprised of 7 fields. One such field is date. I have deleted all records which have a date value of 2/8/2010. When I try to then insert records into the table for 2/8/2010, I get a primary key violation. The records I am attempting to insert are only for 2/8/2010. Since date is a component of the PK, shouldn't there be no way to violate the constraint as long as the date I'm inserting is not already in the table? Thanks in advance.

"); stmnt.setDate(1, new java.sql.Date(cal.getTime())); stmnt.executeQuery(); NOTE: thre is currently an error - cannot find symbol (java.sql.Date) line 4 here db is an instance of a sort of wrapper class that exposes what I need from java.sql - its just getting a prepared statement from my connection object here. Time (the column) is a date time in my database, and I can only see sedDate and setTime method but I want to store both - also my code does not work anyway ;-) if anyone could give me some pointers on inserting a combined date time (current time would be a great help as that's my first goal) into a MySql DB using a prepared statement I would be very grateful.   Hello, I know this question is asked many a times,and i am also implementing the same funda for chanding the title of the uibutton i guess. Let me clarify my problem first. I have one uibutton named btnType, on clicking of what one picker pops up and after selecting one value,i am hitting done button to hide the picker and at the same time i am changing the the title of the uibutton with code [btnType setTitle:btnTitle forState:UIControlEventTouchUpInside]; [btnType setTitleColor:[UIColor redColor] forState:UIControlEventAllEvents]; But with my surpriaze,it is not changed and application crashes with signal EXC_BAD_ACCESS. I am not getting where i am making mistake.I have allocated memory to the btnType at viewdidLoad. Also I am using -(IBAction)pressAddType { toolBar.hidden = FALSE; dateTypePicker.hidden = FALSE; } event on pressing the button to open the picker. Also i would like to mention that i have made connection with IB with event TouchUpInside for pressAddType. Any guesses? I will be grateful if you could help me. Thanks.
