• Idea: CodeIgniter codecompletion in Eclipse

  I just figured out that all code completion for Eclipse is stored in plain files located here (example): .\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.php.core_2.1.1.v20090921-1100\Resources\language I tried adding global variables like $_POST, $_GET, $_SERVER to the end of basic.php but without any luck (did try to restart Eclipse). Is there a way to create compatible files for the needs of "smooth integration" of (ie.)CodeIgniter framework by adding or changing files located here and how would it be done?

Here, the value is changing in order to loop. How is that different from a variable in C#?

• Most effective way to draw 4 lines on a screen?

  basic question, but I'm unsure: I want to draw 4 short lines 1px lines on a view. What is the best way to approach this task? Options:- Load an image of the line, can create 4 UIImageViews with it. Create my own subclass of a UIView that draws a line in the draw rect method. Draw elsewhere on another view, another UIImageView that has an UIImage inside it (is this possible?) Another way?   I have tried to hack together a small test project, but it fails with "400 Bad Request" so I'm pretty sure I have done something very basic wrong, but the examples I've found are all in the form of questions, only showing minor pieces of the puzzle, such as a request XML for public folders or whatnot. Is there a complete example somewhere where I can just put in my username and servername and it would list the calendar items in my calendar? This is for C# 3.0/4.0.

Here's a very simple bit of grammar so that I can say ArithmeticParser.parse('2+2').value == 4. grammar Arithmetic rule additive first:number '+' second:number { def value first.value + second.value end } end rule number [1-9] [0-9]* { def value text_value.to_i end } end end Parsing 2+2 works correctly. However, parsing 2 or 22 returns nil. What did I miss?

• Which GUI toolkit would you use for a touchscreen interface?

  The only experience I have so far with a touchscreen interface was one where everything was custom drawn, and I get the feeling it's not the most efficient way of doing it (even the most basic layout change is hell to make). I know plenty of GUI toolkits intended at keyboard & mouse interfaces, but can you advise something suited for touchscreens? Target platform is Windows, but cross-platform would be nice.
