• Flex - Drag and drop - Drop a subset of multiple items

  I'm developing two DataGrid with drag and drop support. Multiple items can be selected from the source data grid, and dropped into the target data grid. I'm using an drag and drop event listener which completes the operation only in certain cases. I'm using event.preventDefault() but it doesn't work, since it stops the drag and drop from all the items. I have a very simple DataGrid with 2 columns, some thing like this: <mx:DataGrid id="grid" > <mx:columns> <mx:DataGridColumn dataField="name" headerText="Name"/> <mx:DataGridColumn dataField="date" headerText="Date"/> </mx:columns> </mx:DataGrid> What Im trying to do is to activate the edition of the selected row when the user clicks a button. So far I've been unable to find any example of how to do this. I already tried 6 or 7 different approaches but non works. Does any one has a clue how to do this? How do you get the selected row (NOT selectedItem) of a DataGrid and how can you: Change the ItemRenderEditor or ItemRenderer on the fly of just that row. Or enable the edition of that specific row without clicking it. This are the questions that I've been unable to answer Help will be greatly appreciated.

Flash Player seems to be ignoring the parameters when opening the local page, though. I've been scouring the Flash security pages to find a documented prohibition for this, but haven't found anything. Pointers? How would you work around this issue? • Flash - Http service bound to a button can be used only once ?

  I have a flex project, in one of the screen of my UI, I create a HTTP service that call a "doGet" J2EE servlet through the GET method; and I bind the service call to a button. The service print log to system.out so I know when it is run. The problem I have is, when I click said button the first time, the servlets do what it is supposed to do, and print the stack to system.out, but if I click another time, nothing happens. Any idea what might be the cause ? • Why do I get "ignoring out-of-zone data" when restarting BIND

  I've been using my own DNS server but then I moved to a third part DNS provider. Yesterday I wanted to go back to using my own DNS's and cancel this third party service. I've lowered TTL in current DNS conf, changed DNS info in GoDaddy for my domain and that's when problems started. My domain seems to be working only for some people but not for others so clearly something is wrong. • Allow incoming connections on Windows Server 2008 R2

  Good day people. First, im new to Windows Server. I've always used Linux/Apache combo, but, my client has and AWS EC2 Windows Server 2008 R2 instance and he wants everything in there. Im working with IIS and PHP enabled as Fast-CGI and everything is working, but, i cant see the websites stored in it from internet. The public DNS that AWS gave us for that instance is: http://ec2-XX-XXX-XXX-121.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com/ But, if i copy paste that address, i get nothing, no IIS logo or something like that. My common sense tells me that maybe the firewall could be blocking the access. Can anyone help me and tell where to enable some rules to get this thing working? However, for the large instance, i tried to do the same. Set up everything as in the micro instance but if i use the Public DNS, it doesnt load anything. Im suspicious about the Windows Firewall, but, the HTTP related stuff is enabled. What should i do to get access to the large instance? I don't want to set up the domain yet, i want access from an amazon url. 2ND EDIT: all fixed. Charles pointed that maybe Security Groups was not properly set up for the instance. He was right. Just added HTTP service to the rules and all works good.

• Can any postfix guru assist me determine how emails are still being sent via my server from unauthorized sources?

  Hi all, I'm getting a little concerned as I run a small server hosting a number of websites and manage the email for a few dozen people. Just recently though I've had a couple of notifications from spamcop alerting me that spam has been sent from my server, and when I have a look over the logs from time to time I can indeed see that there are many repeated attempts of mail being sent from my server. Most of the time it gets knocked back from the destination servers but sometimes its getting through. Unfortunately I'm not linux or postfix expert, I can get by but had though I had my machine locked down quite securely, I don't allow relaying, when I check the online DNS/MX tools they tend to report my server as being OK so I'm not sure where to take it now and hoping someone might be able to throw me a few pointers.   We have 5 usable external static IP addresses leased by our ISP: .49 to .53, where .49 is assigned to the Juniper SSG20 firewall and NATed for 172.16.10.0/24 .50 is assigned to a windows box for web server and domain controller .51 is assigned to another windows box with exchange server (domain: mycompany1.com) mx record is pointing to 20x.xx.xxx.51 Currently there is a policy set for all SMTP incoming traffic addressed to .51 forward to the NATed address of the exchange server box (private IP: 172.16.10.194). We can send and receive emails for both internal and external, but the gmail is saying mails from mycomany1.com is not sent from the same IP as the mx lookup however is from 20x.xx.xxx.49: Received-SPF: neutral (google.com: 20x.xx.xxx.49 is neither permitted nor denied by best guess record for domain of [email protected]) client-ip=20x.xx.xxx.49; Authentication-Results: mx.google.com; spf=neutral (google.com: 20x.xx.xxx.49 is neither permitted nor denied by best guess record for domain of [email protected]) [email protected] and the mx record in global dns space as well as in the domain controller .50 for mail.mycompany1.com is set to 20x.xx.xxx.51 My attempt to resolve the above issue is to Update the mx record from 20x.xx.xxx.51 to 20x.xx.xxx.49 Create a new VIP for SMTP traffic addressed to 20x.xx.xxx.49 to forward to 172.16.10.194 After my changes incoming email stopped working, I believe it has something to do with the Juniper setting that SMTP addressed to .49 is not forwarded to 172.16.10.194 Also, I have been wondering is it mandatory to assign an external static IP address to the Juniper firewall?   I'm in the middle of launching a new website for an already-in-use domain. The domain has a complicated email system so we'd like to move that over to the new server a bit later on. Currently the domain DNS is managed by the current webhost. I plan on moving the DNS management back to Network Solutions, then point the A record to the new website's IP. However, currently the DNS has the MX record the same as the A record. When NetworkSolutions is managing the DNS, and I point the A record to the new IP, then the MX record can't be the A record.. Right now: A Record mydomain.com points to IP address 198.198.198.198 MX record mydomain.com points to IP address 198.198.198.198 What I want: A Record mydomain.com points to IP address of new server MX record somehow points to current existing mailserver Does this even make sense?

  So we setup a site to site vpn tunnel with another company. We then proceeded to setup a DNS zone on each others dns servers and entered in each others Mail server name and IP, MX record and WWW record. This allowed us to send emails to each others mail servers through the site to site vpn. Now recently the other company started using MX Logic to scan all outbound and incoming mail. So all outbound email is directed to MX Logic. However we still want email between us to travel across the the Site to Site VPN tunnel. How can we specify that to happen for just one domain not to be directed to MX Logic? Stump on both ends and looking for help.

• How to I get a rotated sprite to move left or right?

  Using Java/Slick 2D, I'm using the mouse to rotate a sprite on the screen and the directional keys (in this case, WASD) to move the spite. Forwards and backwards is easy, just position += cos(ang)*speed or position -= cos(ang)*speed. But how do I get the sprite to move left or right? I'm thinking it has something to do with adding 90 degrees to the angle or something. Any ideas?   I currently own the website www.xyz.com. The website has a sub-directory for each of the 3 target countries: .../en-US/ (United States), .../es-MX/ (Mexico), and .../es-DO/ (Dominican Republic). I have two main questions about this setup: Currently, the main domain/root (xyz.com) contains a blank index.php file, but I would like for a user to be redirected to one of the sub-directories based on their regional location. What is the best way to accomplish this? I have looked at using browser language-based redirection, but how would I know whether to direct a user to the MX or DO site if the browser language is set to spanish? Is there a way to detect a user's geographic location? Also, the 3 websites are practically identical except they all have 3 unique color schemes and the US site is in english while the MX and DO sites are in spanish. My problem is that I believe GoogleBot is penalizing/banning my site because the spanish text on the MX and DO pages are nearly identical and are thus marked as duplicates/spam. Is there a way to avoid this?
