    I have the following code on the my page... <a href="javascript:change_product_photo(2);"><img id="alternate_product_photo_2" style="border-color:#666666;" src="/v/vspfiles/photos/00-6189-2S.jpg" border="1"> Sometimes there could be more of the <a href="javascript:change_product_photo(4);"> and each one would have a higher index number 5, 6 ,7, etc. What I want to do is for each and every instance of the href with javascript:change_product_photo(x) (where x is the index) remove both "_" from the change_product_link but leave the (x) index My thought was to first add a class to all hrefs that contain javascript:change_product_photo and then modify all of the href;s with that class but I am lost on how to do this. Here is what I got so far... $("a[href*='javascript:change_product_photo']").addClass('link_fix'); Now I don't know how to remove the "_" from the url.

  • grails clean having issues

    Im running grails 1.2 on win7. when i try to do grails clean it fails to remove some jars in my acegi plugin. after that failure, it complains about not finding the plugin descriptor. I am forced to remove all plugins from the disk manually and then run the app again to download them again. the particular jar in acegi is ant-contrib-xx.jar. has anyone seen this? as a further note, if i just delete the acegi directory after the initial failure it fails on a jar in another plugin. I dont know if Im having some sort of windows filesystem issue (I am coming from linux, forced to use win7 because intellij sucks on linux), or intellij is doing something, or what...

    Hi, In one of mine applications I am dealing with graphics objects. I am using open source GPC library to clip/merge two shapes. To improve accuracy I am sampling (adding multiple points between two edges) existing shapes. But before displaying back the merged shape I need to remove all the points between two edges. But I am not able to find an efficient algorithm that will remove all points between two edges which has same slope with minimum CPU utilization. Currently all points are of type PointF Any pointer on this will be a great help.

In the debugger of Visual studio 2008, after the std::remove_if line, the elements of ints are modified, I'm guessing I'm into some sort of undefined behaviour here. So, how do I remove elements from a Range of a vector?

    I know I can use ls() and rm() to see and remove objects that exist in my environment. However, when dealing with "old" .RData file, one needs to sometimes pick an environment a part to find what to keep and what to leave out. What I would like to do, is to have a GUI like interface to allow me to see the objects, sort them (for example, by there size), and remove the ones I don't need (for example, by a check-box interface). Since I imagine such a system is not currently implemented in R, what ways do exist? What do you use for cleaning old .RData files? Thanks, Tal

I've used response.redirect("Thankyou.aspx") a lot in the past I've also used something like this for hiding form controls and outputting a message: outResult.Attributes.Remove("style") outResult.Attributes.Add("style", "display:block;") outEntry.Attributes.Remove("style") outEntry.Attributes.Add("style", "display:none;") For the above you have to consider post backs that may occur if the user click refresh though.     I added a new subdir within my git respository: git add feeds Then commited this and pushed it up to GitHub but it seems as though I've commited a symlink / shortcut but not the actual directory and files within.   • Xcode 4: deleting items in Build Settings

    In XCode 4.0 there's a newly designed Build Settings page. My problem is that I can't see how to remove a setting once I've specified it. Example: I've changed "Versioning System" to "Apple Generic" at the target level. Afterwards I realised I should set it at the project level, and so I want to delete the target level setting. However, there's no way I can see to remove the setting -- you click on it and there's two options, neither of which is the default "not specified" empty setting. Hitting the delete key on the keyboard nothing. The same goes for fields that accept text -- if I try to delete a setting by just deleting all the text set, it still shows that field in green, but with no text in it, and regards it as the presence of a setting.

Minor debugging issues aside, CDI has worked beautifully for this project. Now I need some very coarse-grained control over CDI-injected object lifecycles. I need the ability to: Remove an injected object from the application context, or Destroy/delete/clear/reset/remove the entire application context, or Define my own @ScopeType and implementing Context in which I could provide methods to perform one of the two above tasks. I'm fully aware that this is across, if not against, the grain of CDI and dependency injection in general. I just want to know Is this remotely possible?     The problem I have an array of java.awt.Rectangles. For those who are not familiar with this class, the important piece of information is that they provide an .intersects(Rectangle b) function. I would like to write a function that takes this array of Rectangles, and breaks it up into groups of connected rectangles. Lets say for example, that these are my rectangles (constructor takes the arguments x, y, width,height): Rectangle[] rects = new Rectangle[] { new Rectangle(0, 0, 4, 2), //A new Rectangle(1, 1, 2, 4), //B new Rectangle(0, 4, 8, 2), //C new Rectangle(6, 0, 2, 2) //D } A quick drawing shows that A intersects B and B intersects C. D intersects nothing.     Wordpress has a filter that automatically add paragraphs to posts. I can remove this by adding the followin code: // Remove the <p> tags which WP automatically inserts in psots. remove_filter ('the_content', 'wpautop'); The problem is that i removes <br /> tags as well. So I'm not removing this filter at the moment. My problem is that inside a DIV box, I get extra space above and below the text (at the start / end of text). I could manipulate the <p> tag in css, but again, that will affect all <p> tags throughout the post content. Any suggestions to what I should do?

The remove process could not remove white spaces from the quoted string like: 'text, "FROM" \'from\\' x' "sample text 'where' \"where\\" " etc. i need to use the PHP function: preg_replace($pattern, $replacement, $string); So what will be the value of $pattern and $replacement where the value of $string is the given SQL.

    I feel bad asking this question, as I thought I knew enough about Activerecord to answer this myslef. But such is the way of having SO available ... I'm trying to remove the commas from a field in a model of mine, I want the user to be able to type a number , ie 10,000 and that number be stored in the database as 10000. I was hoping that I could do some model-side normalization to remove the comma. I don't want to depend on the view or controller to properly format my data.     I have a table ('sales') in a MYSQL DB which should have rightfully have had a unique constraint enforced to prevent duplicates. To first remove the dupes and set the constraint is proving a bit tricky. Table structure (simplified): 'id (unique, autoinc)' product_id The goal is to enforce uniqueness for product_id. The de-duping policy I want to apply is to remove all duplicate records except the most recently created, eg: the highest id Or to put another way, I would like to delete duplicate records, excluding the ids matched by the following query: select id from sales s inner join (select product_id, max(id) as maxId from sales group by product_id having count(product_id) > 1) groupedByProdId on s.product_id and s.id = groupedByProdId.maxId I've struggled with this on two fronts - writing the query to select the correct records to delete and then also the constraint in MYSQL where a subselect FROM clause of a DELETE cannot reference the same table from which data is being removed.
