• How to query on table returned by Stored procedure within a procedure.

  I have a stored procedure that is performing some ddl dml operations. It retrieves a data after processing data from CTE and cross apply and other such complex things. Now this returns me a 4 tables which gets binded to various sources at frontend. Now I want to use one of the table to further processing so as to get more usefull information from it. eg. This table would be containing approx 2000 records at most of which i want to get records that belongs to lodging only.   Hi, I want to accomplish the following scenario in Drupal: You have 2 content-types. Lets say, an application-form for a lisence, and a content-type for persons. Then when you go to add a lisence in the "node/add" submission form in Drupal, i would like to add a relative number of persons that would be related to this lisence, and only this lisence. Say you would like to apply for a lisence, and relate 4 persons to this lisence, then insted of creating the lisence and then create the 4 persons and relate them to the lisence, i would like to do this "inline". So when i add a lisence, there would be a way to add 1 or more persons that would relate to the lisence node. Is this possible, and if so how? I have been looking at the node reference module, and that manages to reference a node to another, but not to add them inline with the other. With the web-development framework Django, there is a way to this with something called "inline-editing", where you get the content-type fields inside another content-type creation form. There you bind them togheter with a ForeignKey. Anybody know of something simular in Drupal, if not, is it another way to achive something simular, that would be as user-friendly?

  I have a vector of vectors: vector< vector<int> > BigVec; It contains an arbitrary number of vectors, each of an arbitrary size. I want to delete not duplicate elements of each vector, but any vectors that are the exact same as another. I don't need to preserve the order of the vectors so I can sort etc.. It should be a really simple problem to solve but I'm new to this, my (not-working) best effort: for (int i = 0; i < BigVec.size(); i++) { for (int j = 1; j < BigVec.size() ; j++ ) { if (BigVec[i][0] == BigVec [j][i]); { BigVec.erase(BigVec.begin() + j); i = 0; // because i get the impression deleting a j = 1; // vector messes up a simple iteration through } } } I think there might be a solution using Unique(), but I can't get that to work either.

• OOP: how much program logic should be encapsulated within related objects/classes as methods?

  I have a simple program which can have an admin user or just a normal user. The program also has two classes: for UserAccount and AdminAccount. The things an admin will need to do (use cases) include Add_Account, Remove_Account, and so on. My question is, should I try to encapsulate these use-cases into the objects? Only someone who is an Admin, logged in with an AdminAccount, should be able to add and remove other accounts. I could have a class-less Sub-procedure that adds new UserAccount objects to the system and is called when an admin presses the 'Add Account' button. Alternatively, I could place that procedure as a method inside the AdminAccount object, and have the button event execute some code like 'Admin.AddUser(name, password).' I'm more inclined to go with the first option, but I'm not sure how far this OO business is supposed to go.

  I don't do very much jquery / javascript but wanted to ask for some advice on the following piece. I have tried to cut out as much as possible. Most of this was semi-inherited code with catching a bunch of events just hardcoded in. I'd like to generalized them more by putting the object name in the html and accessing via jquery on processing (by_date, by_popularity). I retriev as string and access the object via window[current_obj]. Is this a good way to do this or am I missing something? • How to disable horizontal scrolling within virtualbox on Ubuntu guest, Windows 7 host?

  This post is a duplicate from superuser.com, but since I had no answers, I started to doubt it was a user question and maybe more of a programming question (because of the configuration files), so here it is: I am using Windows 7 as Host, Ubuntu Karmic as guest OS with guest tools installed and I get an annoying glitch when switching from host to the guest machine: vertical scrolling switches to horizontal! (using the mouse wheel). Since I don't really care about horizontal scrolling, how can I disable this? I have checked the web and the only thing I found was to play in the xorg.conf file and adding in the section "InputDevice" Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" which would enable vertical scrolling only. The thing is, I don't have that section in my config file so I guessed that I would need to add Section "InputDevice" Identifier "VBoxMouse" Driver "vboxmouse" Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" EndSection But that does not seem to work after restarting xserver. Any workaround for this?

  I'm looking for an easy way for the user to see how many drinks they've had for a BAC calculator. PICTURE OF THE APP, for reference On button press, I would like an image to be added to the screen, directly under the spinner and with left alignment. When I press the button again, I want another image to be added to the screen. So if I pressed the add beer button, a drawable of a beer would appear below the spinner. If I pressed the add beer button again, I want there to be TWO drawables of beers under the spinner, preferably with them being added from the right. (Also, having them reach their width limit, wrapping around, and starting again on the left, but below a full line, would be AWESOME) I can't figure out how to do this. I assume adding a ImageView in code to a relative layout (because it needs to be positioned to the right) would be the best route, but if it's possible in xml I'd be more than happy to use that. Any help?

• How can you get a list or traversable tree of bookmarks from within a Firefox Extension?

  I am working on a simple Firefox Extension, and I need a list of the user's bookmarks. I have found the nsINavBookmarksService class which appears to be the recommended way of manipulating bookmarks since Firefox 3.0. Strangely I don't see a method that I could use to get a list of all the bookmarks in a folder. I need some way of creating a flat list of all the Bookmark URIs, but without any methods that return information about more than one bookmark I don't see a way to do it.
