  I can't find anything like that. Commercial or free ( XSQL Lite is suitable for my case and ) tools show diffs in grids with possibility to export to CSV. Also they generate sync SQL scripts when run from command line. What I need is an output as a comprehensive report ( XML , HTML ) suitable for parsing so that I would be able to show similar diff grid in my application ( updated old/new values for each column , added - all values for row , deleted - all values for row and etc... ) .

  I am porting some functionality from a C++ application to java. This involves reading non-modifiable data files that contain regular expressions. A lot of the data files contain regular expressions that look similar to the following: (?<=id="VIEWSTATE".*?value=").*?(?=") These regular expressions produce the following error: "Look-behind group does not have an obvious maximum length near index XX" In C++ the engine being used supported these expressions. Is there another form of regexp that can produce the same result that can be generated using expressions like my example as input?

• Detecting Touches in an OpenGL rendered scene

  Hey. I was wondering whether there is a way to detect a touch in an OpenGL rendered scene. What I have i a set of images which are being rendered in my main view. Now if the user touches one of these images (or objects) I would like to know which one was touched - similar to the CGRectContainsPoint(frame, [touch locationInView:self.view] method. Is there an easy way to find out? If there is none, this would also help.

  Hi folks, I'm trying to run an app from a remote X session (Ubuntu, 9.04) on a handheld device powered by Windows Mobile. I want to do this by running an X-server of some description on the mobile device and using SSH/PocketPuTTY or similar for a tunnel, as you'd do it on a standard PC/Mac. WhatPulse only updates the image once every 24 hours, so I am going to make an application to keep track of that for me, only with realtime stats. • Can an iPhone/iPod Touch application open a port for remote communication without jailbreaking?

  I'm researching remote control testing for an app that'll be installed on the new iPod Touch and can't tell for certain from everything that I've read whether or not an installed app can or can't open any ports for remote test instructions (that's a mouthful : ) We created something like this for the Android using adb port forwarding and telnet, and it worked really well.
