• just x86 assembly question~~!!

  this is my assembly program which is just a function to swap *x *y. so first argument from main is address of x which is in 8(%ebp) and second one is address of y is in 12(%ebp). the program does swap x and y. I need 7 lines for doing this. can you make it 6 lines and there is a condition you can use only %eax,%ecx, and %edx 3 registers. I think about it so much.. but.. I can't make it 6 lines...there must be a way.. isn't it? this might be not a big deal.. but if there is a way to get it in 6lines.   I have a this table, where I store multiple ids and an age range (def1,def2) CREATE TABLE "template_requirements" ("_id" INTEGER NOT NULL, "templateid" INTEGER, "def1" VARCHAR(255), "def2" VARCHAR(255), PRIMARY KEY("_id")) Having values such as: templateid | def1 | def2 100 | 7 | 25 200 | 40 | 90 300 | 7 | 25 300 | 40 | 60 as you see for templateid 300 we have an or logic: age between 7 and 25 or age between 40 and 60. I want to get all the template ids that are not for a certain age like 25... What's the problem? If I run a query like this one: SELECT group_concat(templateid) FROM template_requirements where and '25' not between cast(def1 as integer) and cast(def2 as integer) it returns 200, 300, which is wrong, as the 300 matched on row 40 to 60, but shouldn't be included in the result as we have a condition with same templateid 7 to 25 that fails the not beetween stuff. How would be the correct query in SQLite, I would like to keep the group_concat stuff.

  I have a website where I am using SSI to include some stuff to the front page. However, I'd like to show users an URL that ends with .html. I have accomplished that via a .htaccess and mod_rewrite redirect. RewriteRule ^index\.html$ index.shtml [PT,L] Also, I am using another redirect pointing to this URL to internally load the pages' content with JavaScript (example.html to index.html#example.html) with a condition for not redirecting index.html. Now, I'd like to make the .shtml page 403 Forbidden. This is also easy: RewriteRule ^index\.shtml - [F] But, now index.html also gets forbidden. I have tried adding L to the .html-to-.shtml rule, but this doesn't help. How could this problem be solved?

• Pinned program on the taskbar is not grouping in Windows 7 Ultimate

  Previously, I had pinned Google Chrome Dev to the taskbar. Being that it was unstable and crashed frequently, I decided to uninstall it. Before uninstalling, however, I did not un-pin its icon from the taskbar. Afterward, I installed Google Chrome Stable and launched it from the old pinned icon. This resulted in a new icon appearing in the taskbar. I figured this happened because the icon was originally for the Dev build, so I unpinned the icon and re-pinned Google Chrome. I launch Google Chrome again, but I still get a new icon! Re-pinning the icon should have fixed it, no? Why aren't my Google Chrome windows grouping together?

  So here is my code: <?php $arr = array(array(2 => 5), array(3 => 4), array(7 => 10)); foreach ($arr as $v) { $k = key($v); if ($k > 5) { // unset this element from $arr array } } print_r($arr); // now I would like to get the array without array(7 => 10) member As you can see, I start with an array of sinwgle key = value arrays, I loop thorugh this array and get a key of the current element (which is a single item array). I need to unset elements of the array with key higher than 5, how could I do that? I might also need to remove elements with value less than 50 or any other condition. Basically I need to be able to get a key of the current array item which is itself an array with a single item.

  Hi, I need to implement a HtmlHelper extension in my MVC project simply just to output some string but ONLY in the DEBUG mode, not in REALEASE. My first attempt would be: [Conditional("DEBUG")] public static string TestStringForDebugOnly(this HtmlHelper helper, string testString) { return testString; } But obviously that would give a compile error: "The Conditional attribute is not valid because its return type is not void." So my understanding is once you set [Condition] attribute, it doesnt allow to return anything? why? What is other way to implement this kind of function? anyone help would be much appreciated. In child activity i have put something like that in onPause(): if (isFinishing()) { final Intent intent = new Intent(); intent.putExtra(SOME_DATA, value); setResult(RESULT_OK, intent); Log.i("test", "Result set to RESULT_OK"); } In parent activity i check resultCode when child activity is destroyed, and this is what i have noticed: If i destroy child activity by some action (in some condition i invoke finish()), then resultCode is RESULT_OK But when i destroy by pressing return key (i works only in emulator so its ESC) who kills activity, then resultCode read in parent onActivityResult method equals 0 (RESULT_CANCELD). "test" log read in each case is the same.

  I have a Select Left Join Query whis displays me the rows for the latest changedone(its a time) column name ("field" should not be equal) column name ("trackid" should not be equal), and column name "Operation should be "UPDATE" ", below is the query I am talking about... The table structure is jos_audittrail: id trackid operation oldvalue newvalue table_name live changedone(its a time) I hope i have given the details properly If u still find something missing I will try to provide it more better way... Pls help me to avoid those two rows with those to mentioned value of "field"

  Hi all, I am trying to execute the following query. I don't have 'CrewID' column so in that case it will by pass update part of the script. but it gives error Invalid object CrewID'. • JBoss 4.0.5 startup takes 15 minutes deploying a single war file

  This instance of JBoss deploys several war files. The rest of the JBoss startup takes about 5 minutes or less. But when it gets to one particular war file, startup just hangs with no further output to the jboss log. It waits there for about 15 minutes and then suddenly the war starts deploying. The rest of the JBoss startup is then fine. What I want to know is what steps do you recommend I take to diagnose the cause of this condition? It is not possible to upgrade this site to a newer version of JBoss nor java (currently 1.5.0.7). It is running on 32-bit CentOS 5.3 Linux on 3 xen-based virtual servers in a load balanced configuration. The code is common to all three servers via an nfs share. This same issue was seen, however, when the 3 servers were physical and the code was local to each server. The servers are each 2 cpu, 4GB RAM servers.

  We want to have a form which contains lots of fields one over another. All of them are passed as parameters to the form. There are many condition formulas which determine whether one element is shown or not. Depending on how many fields are shown the result will get a different number of pages. The problem is, that the designer will only allow us to design on on single page with a fixed height. But we need more space to place fields there, because they are too many of them. Is there a way to enlarge the designer working area? Sure, a possible workaround is to choose a large paper format when in dessiger which will enlarge the working area and then reset it to A4 (Standard paper format), but even this will not be enough for us in some cases. Does nobody know an answer?

I am trying to get the following output until a certain condition is met. test_1.jpg test_2.jpg .. test_50.jpg The solution (if you could remotely call it that) that I have is fileCount = 0 while (os.path.exists(dstPath)): fileCount += 1 parts = os.path.splitext(dstPath) dstPath = "%s_%d%s" % (parts[0], fileCount, parts[1]) however...this produces the following output. test_1.jpg test_1_2.jpg test_1_2_3.jpg .....etc The Question: How do I get change the number in its current place (without appending numbers to the end)? Ps. I'm using this for a file renaming tool.

  I have a simple join in a query however I need to have a condition on both of the tables "confirmed='yes'" but if one of the tables doesn't have any that match the query returns with no rows.   I have an Ubuntu OS installed on my laptop. I want to install Windows 7 as well to another disk partition (I will do it by recovering it from a special partition on my laptop). After installing Windows, I want to recover my hard drive MBR to be able to load Ubuntu. I have a plan to use linux dd program: 1) (Before installing, perform this command in Linux) dd if=/dev/sda of=/home/user/mbr_backup bs=512 count=1 2) (after installing, load Ubuntu Live CD and launch this) dd if=/home/user/mbr_backup of=/dev/sda bs=512 count=1 3) Load Ubuntu on PC and re-configure the GRUB2 to be able start Windows I need your advice, I want to be sure I won't damage the disk (it's partition table).

• System restore with no mouse or keyboard.

  I accidentally installed some USB drivers to my Windows 7 system, they were the wrong ones and now my keyboard and mouse won't work. A system restore would get rid of them, but obviously I can't control my computer to make that happen. Keyboard and mouse still work before windows has loaded, in the BIOS and boot system, so can I do anything from there? I've already tried booting into another OS, accessing my windows filesystem and deleting the Program Files entry, but it didnt work so they must go deeper than that. Or could i launch it from a remote machine? I've got some VNC server insalled so if i could get that running that could work.

  Hi, I am making a simulator and have written lots of files and headers. The problem is whenever I include a file I give the relative path of the particular file. For example a typical code in my application would begin like ifndef AI_H define AI_H include include "../world/world.h" include "pathPlan.h" include "skills/tryskill.h" include "../info/condition.h" include "dataStructures/destination.h" include "../params/gamePlay.h" include "../modules/controlModule.h" class ai { public: etc etc I want to avoid using the relative paths. For example I want to directly include "tryskill.h" and "destination.h" without giving the absolute paths. That way I wont need to bother if I change the location of any particular file. I am using Ubuntu 9.10. Any help would be highly appreciated.

However, the last defined FORMAT seems to always take precedence and the final write when it happens, applies the last format no matter what the condition is. Is it possible to also add/hide fields using the same process. e.g. If $flag2 is defined, then add an additional field Field4 to the list?

That is to say the first row in the matrix {10,23,16,20,2,4} has 4 numbers from arr, this array should be grouped with the rest of the rows with 4 numbers from arr. better to use linq, thank you very much!

  The Size of pointer depends on the arch of the machine. So sizeof(int*)=sizeof(int) or sizeof(int*)=sizeof(long int) I want to have a custom data type which is either int or long int depending on the size of pointer. I tried to use macro #if, but the condition for macros does not allow sizeof operator. Also when using if-else, typedef is limited to the scope of if. if((sizeof(int)==sizeof(int *)){ typedef int ptrtype; } else{ typedef long int ptrtype; } //ptrtype not avialble here Is there any way to define ptrtype globally?
