• hg convert from cvs broke branches

  I converted an old cvs repository into mercurial via "hg convert". Everything seemed to be okay (at least with the default branch) but all feature branches are missing files which haven't been changed in the branch. Is there any way to fix this up? I'm using version 1.5, convert has been done via "hg convert cvs/checkout newrepo".

  Hi, I would like know how this feature is implemented in VS - I understand it holds some sort of weak-reference to the object in the debugged-application's memory, but how exactly is it accomplished? I know simply tracking the address (as in native code) wouldn't work, because the GC might move the object about, invalidating the address. Thanks.

Do you guys think a warning or perhaps even an assertion failure should be produced if delete is used to free memory obtained using malloc()?? I personally prefer to work with Git - the problem is that the entire community uses SVN, expects RFCs with a SVN compatible patch-file and people are familiar with SVN and send bugfixes agains that SVN repository too.   When my app starts, the title bar is hidden. However, if I leave the app and then return (minimize or phone goes to sleep), there is a blank bar inserted at the top. Is this an intentional feature? How can I prevent it? It seems that the bar goes away after I press the menu key.   I'd like to duplicate the find feature (Ctrl-F in Firefox) for my users. In other words, a text box that as the user types, it finds the first occurrence of that text, and if they press "Next", it highlights the next occurrence and moves the page if necessary. I'm thinking the search input would have to be in a div that remained fixed, and as it found what it was looking for, would insert a named anchor just before it and then follow the hyperlink. Do you think this can be done?

  I am trying to set up a search feature on my site that will only return exact matches to keyword entered by the user. So if the user searches "dog" I don't want an article titled "Doggy Style" to appear in the search results (just an example I don't really have an article by that name). This of course does exactly that: SELECT * FROM articles WHERE article_title LIKE '%$searchQuery%' $searchQuery here is a PHP variable taken from the user's input form. So is there any way to return only exact matches?
