  • gnu screen - changing the default escape command key to ALT-X?

    In GNU screen, I want to change the default command binding to Alt-s (by tweaking .screenrc) instead of the default C-a, the reason is I use emacs hence GNU screen binds the C-a key, sending "C-a" to the emacs becomes tedious (as @Nils said, to send "C-a" I should type "C-a a"), as well as "C-a" in bash shell, and I could change the escape to C- but some of them are already mapped in emacs and other combinations are not as easy as ALT-s . If anyone has already done a ALT key mapping, please do let me know.

  • Is there a command line C++ to PDF converter with syntax highlighting?

    I need to supply "Source code documents w/ Line numbers" which is essentially just a PDF of the source code with syntax highlighting and Line numbers. Is there any existing command line tools for windows that I could call from a script as a "build release version" script? Right now I'm doing it manually using VC++, which isn't even the dev enviroment the code is for a TI processor, and a PDF printer driver, which has a pop up for each file I print.

  • Command prompt in debug mode for Eclipse? (OpenCV + Eclipse + Win7)

    I am a beginner for Eclipse. I now have Eclipse C/C++ IDE with OpenCV library running on Windows 7. So far it works after spending hours trying to get it running. But then I realize that Eclipse does not pop up a command prompt as VS2010 does while debugging. And moreover Eclipse's debug mode is just stuck in there and refuse to output anything. But if the code doesn't involve the OpenCV things it works again. Below is the code I use for testing. It captures images from webcam and output it to the screen. The infinite loop (until you press 'q') makes sure it constantly grabs new inputs from the camera. I browsed through the workspace and run the exe just compiled and it worked flawlessly. So I don't think there's anything wrong in the code (it's an example code anyway In brief, can I just pop up a command prompt window in debug mode?     OS: Ubuntu 12.10 Server 64bits I've installed Icinga, with ido2db, pnp4nagios and icinga-web (last release, following the instruction given in the documentation, installation with apt, etc). I am using icinga-web to monitor my hosts. For the moment, I have just my localhost, and all is perfect. I am trying to add a host and monitor it with NRPE (version 2.12): root@server:/etc/icinga# /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_nrpe -H client NRPE v2.12 The configuration looks good.   • How can I get rid of specific error messages in the mac terminal?

    For some reasons i always get the following whenever i log into my terminal: : command not found : command not found : command not found : command not found : command not found It's really a minor problem because everything is working fine, or at least everything what im using in the terminal. Still it would just look nicer without them. Any help? I'm running Mac OS 10.5.8 <= if this helps solving the problem
