    howdy, i currently have a method that checks what is around the centre item in a 3x3 grid, if what is in the 8 adjacent positions is containing what i am checking for i want to mark that square on an array with length 7 as being 1. to do this i need to create and return an array in my method, is it possible to do this?

    I am having performance issues when rendering/rotating WPF triangles If I had a WPF triangle being displayed and it will be rotated to some degree around a centrepoint, I can do it one of two ways: Programatically determine the points and their offset in the backend, use XAML to simply place them on the canvas where they belong, it would look like this: <Path Stroke="Black"> <Path.Data> <PathGeometry> <PathFigure StartPoint ="{Binding CalculatedPointA, Mode=OneWay}"> <LineSegment Point="{Binding CalculatedPointB, Mode=OneWay}" /> <LineSegment Point="{Binding CalculatedPointC, Mode=OneWay}" /> <LineSegment Point="{Binding CalculatedPointA, Mode=OneWay}" /> </PathFigure> </PathGeometry> </Path.Data> </Path> Generate the 'same' triangle every time, and then use a RenderTransform (Rotate) to put it where it belongs. For example, the $_GET query string is being set as load_master_form http://www.domain.com/settings/load_master_form And to call the method within the settings class, I am doing: function __construct(){ $this->{$_GET['method']}(); } But obviously that doesn't work - it just isn't possible to load a method like that. Is there anyway to call another url from the controller and send all of the parameters using a POST? I'm not expecting a response from the other site.     I'm wondering if it is possible using .NET to call a remote web service and in effect specify which IP the call is made on. I'm consuming a service that limits the number of calls I can make based on IP. The service costs in the 20k range after the free limit is used up. I'm very close to enough calls but not quite there using the free service. My server has 3 IP so I could in effect triple the number of calls I could make to the remote service by changing the IP.

    I have created a TransactionScope and within the scope various items are created and updated in the database. During this process I make a lot of calls to the database. Originally I opened a SqlConnection in the beginning of the TransactionScope and passed it around to any function that made a DB call then I closed the connection after all the calls are made and before the transaction commits. Is it better to do this or to open and close a connection for each call?

    What happen untill now is this... Any line happens once, and if i use a while(1) or while (nFlags == MK_LBUTTON) its working as it should but i get a crash... The other problem, or mabye the same one is the delay if i will be able to do it, mabye using while() with Timer()????? I was thinking about Timer() to recall the function with delay but i can't call OnLButtonDown() becouse as i understand it only a messege can call it with the arguments..... 10x

Toast.makeText(text).setGravity(Gravity.TOP, 0, 0).setView(layout).show(); As you see after calling makeText on the return we call setGravity and so far. How can I do this with my own classes?
