  • Easier way to add lots of images to an array

    Hey Guys In an effort to 'clean up' my code - I was wondering if this could be made simpler. I have 32 images and I was adding them like this [theCarPics addObject:[UIImage imageNamed:@"1.jpg"]]; [theCarPics addObject:[UIImage imageNamed:@"2.jpg"]]; //... [theCarPics addObject:[UIImage imageNamed:@"32.jpg"]]; is there a simpler way? loop perhaps? Any ideas would be appreciated guys Thanks Sam

    Hi, I'm using the will paginate gem from http://github.com/mislav/will_paginate Routes: map.resources :post do |post| post.resources :comments end Post Controller: @post = Post.first @comments = @post.comments.paginate :page => params[:page], :per_page => 10 My problem lies in the view: <%= will_paginate @comments %> This generates links like /post/1?page=1 What I need is /post/1/comments?page=1 Is there a way to just tell will_paginate what url helper to use? (like post_comments_path) Any ideas?

  • Can't upload images with Magento 1.4 on Windows/IIS

    Everything else works in Magento 1.4 but I can't upload images. Running on Windows/IIS. I know it isn't officially supported but seems odd that everything works but something as simple as image uploads. Tried updating the media path and that is correct. Also updated permissions on directories, but nothing has worked. Any other ideas to get this to work? thanks

  • Using UNC path as collections location in Mecurial IIS6 Server2003

    I'm running the latest Mercurial and Python 2.6; IIS6 is using the wildcard ISAPI method to attach the site to the Mecurial hgwebdir_wsgi [paths] \ = \\COMP3254\TestRepo\* [web] baseurl = / allow_push = * push_ssl = false style = monoblue The setup works perfectly if I reference the local drive E:\repo* but doesnt work if I specify the network as above; I've given the server (MERCDEV01$) full permissions on the shared folder on COMP3254, I can't think of any other reason it wouldn't work. Any ideas?

A few friends and I are thinking of starting a few projects for iPhone, web, Android, etc., and it would be nice to have a public (internet) code repository to use that would work well on any platform (Mac, PC, Linux). Any type of repository is fine (SVN, CVS, Git, etc.). A few ideas are Sourceforge or Google Code. Any recommendations? Thanks

    I want to add some VBA code when the value in a cell changes. I've already tried Worksheet_Change(), as described at http://www.contextures.com/xlfaqmac.html#WSChange However, this won't work: it only fires when the user changes the value. I want to fire it whenever the value changes, i.e. whenever the spreadsheet recalculates. Any ideas?

  • iphone - debugging on device crashes immediately

    When I try to debug my app on the iphone device, the splash screen shows and then the app crashes immediately. If I run the app in the simulator or on the device (not from XCode) it runs fine. I tried putting a breakpoint in the main method and it doesn't seem to hit it. There are no logs generated. ideas? suggestions?

    Hi All, I want an Open File Dialog with *.class ,*.jar filters. I want that *.jar files will be treated as folders (pressing OK or double-click should display the jar file content [ *.class] ). This capability is very similar to the TotalCommander archive plugin that let you browse inside archive files in-place (without the need to extract them, etc...) Any ideas how it could be done?     I have an iframe where the src is an htm file and this iframe is put inside usercontrol : <iframe frameborder="0" src="CName.htm" align="left" width="730" height="1100" ></iframe> i need the iframe to resized according to the content so that it's height is set according to the hieght of the html file and i don't need to use scrolling attribute do u have any ideas?   • iPhone UIWebView touch cause Toolbar to appear

    I am trying to have a UI which is a full screen UIWebView. When the view is touched the tool bar appears. I can do everything but get the touchend event in the UIWebView. I have tried putting a UIColor.Clear'd UIView ontop and catching TouchEnd there and passing it on, but would like a better solution. I understand that we are not supposed to subclass the UIWebView from the docs. Ideas?

  • Wampserver Error

    Ok http://localhost/ won't load now. Recently I installed skype and am aware of the skype port conflict error. I have removed 'use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections' from options and still no luck. I have also uninstalled skype, reinstalled it and restarted my machine several times to no avail. Also, I just tried to run my torrent client and I am getting an error for the first time.     I have a third party tool that creates an img tag through code using HtmlTextWriter's RenderBeginTag, RenderEndTag & AddAttribute methods. I want to get the resulting HTML into a string. I tried the reflection method mentioned here but I get a error "Unable to cast object of type 'System.Web.HttpWriter' to type 'System.IO.StringWriter". The InnerWriter type of the HtmlTextWriter is of type HttpWriter. Any ideas on how to copy the output html into a string?

I need to analyze the parts of the code which are tested, the bugs which appeared in those parts and eventually how they were resolved. But for this I need some repositories from different (open source) projects. Can someone please help me with ideas or links or any kind of test logs which might be useful? I really need some resources, so any help is appreciated.
